Kim Ji Young gave her official statement regarding the debt issue she’s being accused of.

Yesterday, the alleged ex-boyfriend of Kim Ji Young and rapper Touch the Sky from “High School Rapper 4” claimed that the actress owe them money.

The alleged ex-boyfriend revealed that actress Kim Ji Young borrowed money from him so that she can move from her abusive parents’ home. The boyfriend paid for the house and its monthly rent. One day, Kim Ji Young told him not to contact the actress anymore as she is now dating another man. According to the alleged boyfriend, Kim Ji Young hasn’t paid for the money she borrowed and his parents now are working even harder to pay back the debt that Kim Ji Young incurred. The alleged boyfriend also shared that he would delete the post if the actress pays his family.

Meanwhile, Rapper Touch the Sky left a comment on the actress’ Instagram account and also stated that the actress owe him money. He commented on one of the posts of Kim JI Young and stated “Did you go to the beach using my money? Give my money back.”

Another comment from the rapper stated, “Kim Ji Young asked me to lend her 1.5 million won (approximately $1220). She deceived me and stated that she will pay me back but I can’t get a hold of her. I don’t know her address and her phone number changed.”

Kim Ji Young then responded to the accusations on January 23. The actress shared her statement through her official Instagram account.

Here’s the translation of her statement:

Hello, this is actress Kim Ji Young.

I would like to apologize to everyone first for the disappointment and confusion because of the issue.

For all the related issues that were released yesterday in the news, I am currently seeking legal advice from my parents and I am preparing to take action. I feel regretful for relaying this negative news during this Lunar New Year holiday. I will update you all in the future.

My apologies.

Kim Ji Young made her acting debut as a child in 2011. The actress was last seen in the 2022 K-dramas “Do You Want to Eat? ” and “Never Give Up.”
