Warm welcome! Paris Hilton received an outpouring of love after she announced her son’s surprise arrival on Tuesday, January 24.
“You are already loved beyond words 💙,” the Simple Life alum, 41, captioned an Instagram photo of her holding her newborn’s hand. Celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan and Naomi Campbell were quick to show their support in the comments section.
“Congratulations!!! ❤️🙏❤️,” the actress, 36, whose friendship with Hilton had its fair share of ups and downs in the past, replied to the exciting announcement.
Meanwhile, Campbell, 52, noted that the couple’s new addition was the “biggest blessing” after the model previously welcomed a baby girl in May 2021.
Hilton and Reum, 41, have been candid about their journey to becoming parents over the years. The socialite and the venture capitalist started dating in January 2020 and announced their engagement one year later.
“When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know it. You feel it,” she wrote via Instagram in February 2021. “My love and I have been together since our first date and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to tropical paradise. As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee. I said yes, yes to forever. There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with.”
Ahead of their wedding day, the reality star opened up about her decision to freeze her eggs during the coronavirus pandemic.
“I’m just so happy that Carter and I decided to do that literally, like, six months into our relationship. We knew we were forever right away,” she told Tamron Hall in August 2021. “I’m so happy that I did it during the pandemic when the world was shut down. I was at home the whole time and I have tons of eggs ready, embryos.”
The twosome exchanged vows in November 2021, less than one year after their engagement. Ahead of the special milestone, Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton gushed about how the professional DJ will make an “incredible mother” whenever the time is right.
“Paris is like a big kid herself. So I think she’ll be an amazing mother one day,” the fashion designer, 39, who shares kids Lily-Grace, 6, Teddy, 5, and a son with husband James Rothschild, exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2019. “[My kids] just think she’s, like, a doll. When she visits New York, I’ll take them over to her loft, and they’ll just look at her dolls and her trinkets and her figurines and then the little dogs, and they just are in heaven.”
