Lee Sung-kyung, Seo In-gook

  • Seo In-gook (Cafe Minamdang) and Lee Sung-kyung (Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 3) are in talks for a new romance called In Your Brilliant Season (roughly translated). With the latter up to play a successful designer, she’ll meet our animator hero during a time of need when he loses his hearing and memory (Louis, is that you?).   • Over on Wavve, there’s finally been some movement on the crime-thriller Deal, which has now been slated to release this coming October. Starring Yoo Seung-ho (Moonshine), Kim Dong-hwi (Missing: The Other Side 2), Yoo Soo-bin (D.P. 2), and Lee Joo-young (Times), production has filmmaker Lee Jung-gon (Not Out) at the helm with writing by Hong Jong-sung.   • The promos continue for tvN’s Twinkling Watermelon, with the new stills revealing more of our story’s supporting cast.
