Damian joins Marina in the wood, she is surprised he also know the truth, and want to know why he didn’t tell her, he tells Mercedes told him not long ago, he tries to console her, Esthercita comes to Hernan and tells him the scorpion didn’t bite Michel, Hernan tells her she is not doing what they agreed on, and reminds her she is keep Damian away from Marina, Ursula advises her to at least care of the boy, Hernan tells her to lure Damian in her bed, Damian tries to convince Marina to accept Mercedes, Marina thinks Mercedes abandoned her and later used her, she is not ready to listen to Mercedes at the moment, Esthercita tells Hernan and Urusla that Damian doesn’t even want her near him, he quickly get angry and asks them to leave his room, Damian plead with Marina to at least give Mercedes a chance to explain things to her.
Rebeca tells Mercedes to be a bit patient that Marina will come around, right now she feels betrayed and confused, but Mercedes is scared Marina will never accept her, Rebeca console her, Zully comes to Hernan room and tries to seduce him, he throws her on his bed and start kissing her, Zully is a bit scared as she keep pushing her skirt down, Ursula shows up and throws Zully out of his room, Marina meet Mercedes in front of her house, Mercedes want to talk to her but Marina refuses and angrily tells her they only thing they have in common is work nothing else and close the door, tearful Marina remembers Damian’s word and the time she spent to Mercedes, Magdalena asks Mercedes how Marina took the news, Mercedes tells her she rejected her and won’t listen to her, Magdalena get angry when Mercedes tells her she didn’t tell Marina she had a twin sister, Mercedes tells her Marina didn’t give a her a chance to explain, Magdalena recalls the conversation she had with her roommate and tells Mercedes she believed her, Mercedes happily hugs her and tells her she loves her.
Marina hugs Beatrice and tells her she and Mercedes betrayed her but they have been good to her so she can’t really blame them, Mercedes tells Claudio Marina rejected her as her mother, she want nothing to do with her, he asks her to be patient, Magdalena holds the newspaper and watches Marina pictures she wonders how Marina will react when she finds out she has a twin sister, Rebeca tries to convince Marina to accept Mercedes as her mother, Marina recalls Mercedes words and feel bad, Hernan enters her office and notices it, she finally tells him Mercedes is her real mother, he asks her if she told him everything, Marina is surprise and asks him if he knows something else, Olinto interviews Abigail for a job at the packing company and Jazmin walks in, Olinto introduces Abigail to her and ask her to take her around, Zully mistakenly drops an envelope on the floor, it contains the pictures she took in Hernan’s house, Damian sees her and approaches her, she tells him she is Hernan guest, Esthercia suddenly wakes up panting she dreamt Ernesto was chasing her, Marina tells Hernan she didn’t give the change to Mercedes to explain herself.
