I Forgot I Love You Episode 032
Rómulo makes advances at Florencia. he forces a kiss on her. she breaks off and walk away .
Gilbert is in the Coronel’s wine cellar. he remembers again some horrible events from his childhood. A lady fells off a staircase and lies dead in a pool of blood.
Antonio, the company lawyer, informs Rómulo of his position in the Rivero’s winery.
Gilberto is in his office, frantically searching for some old family photos. Alba comes in, he asks her about their mother. She says she was too little when they lost their her. She can’t remember much, besides their father burnt most of the family pictures. Gilberto look frustrated, Alba says she has few of the pictures in her own house. She gives him her house key to go check.
Alba is having a chit chat with the new company secretary at the office. He asks about the previous secretaries. Alfredo comes in and acts jealous. He introduces himself as Alba’ s husband. He then orders the secretary to follow him. He want to show him around.
Gilberto is in Alba’ s room. He goes through her photo album, a particular picture of a woman with 2 young boys catches his interest. He remembers that her to be the mystery woman in his reoccurring childhood memories .
Alfredo is with the new company secretary in the company laboratory. He tells him to report to him if he observe any strange happenings during the course of his work.
A female staff by name Maria, who has been flirting with Alfredo. She confronts Alfredo in the laboratory and tells him that Melchor Coronel reported her to her father that she doesn’t want to work with the company any longer. She suspects Alfredo to be behind this confusion. They both hear Alba calling for Alfredo. He reluctantly goes out to meet her. Alba says they should go home. he tries to argue but he finally leaves with her, while Maria watches from a distance.
Sonia intentionally goes to pick some toys from late little Cecilia’s room and gives them to her daughter, Maria, to play with them. Melchor sees her.
Gilberto visits Florencia at the Rivero winery. He wants them to discuss about them, and that he still love her. Rómulo interrupts, talks to Gilberto about the Colonel family stealing Javier’s book, and why Javier is bent on destroying the Coronel family. he further informs Florencia that Javier is on a revenge mission. Gilberto tells a confuse and a curious Florencia that, before his accident, he had an affair with Javier’s wife. Javier divorced her when he got to know. His children refused to forgive their mother. she sadly committed suicide later, and that’s why Javier hates the Coronel family. Gilberto then asks Rómulo who by now has this smug smile on his lips, whether he was satisfied. He then angrily leaves.
Melchor confronts Sonia for touching Cecilia’s toys. He then grabs them from little Maria’s hands. Claiming that they are not just toys, but cherished memories. Sonia argues with him, but Melchor warns her to stay away from Cecilia’s room.
Gilberto gets home and goes to meet Melchor in the study. Melchor complains about Sonia trying so hard to take Cecilia’s place, and that her daughter Maria is not a Coronel. Gilberto advises him to learn to accept Sonia and Maria as part of the family, else he’ll have problems with Pasqual.
Florencia gets home and confronts Dario about the pack of cocaine. He denies any knowledge of it. He says that it perhaps it belongs to any of the workers. May be Rómulo planted it there, knowing that he Dario has issues with drugs in the past. Florencia is not convince. Dario tells her that Rómulo is manipulating her. He’s trying to cause a rift between the two of them, and it’s sad that Florencia doesn’t realises it.
Pasqual meets Sonia in the bedroom all packed up and crying , she says that she’s tired of his father mistreating Maria, and that it’s best they move out. Pasqual tries to calm her down, tells her to be patient and that Melchor will eventually warm up to them. He hugs her and promises to talk to Melchor. Pasqual doesn’t see the mischievous look on her face .
Gilberto and Melchor gets to the venue of Javier supposedly book launch, Gilberto is surprised to see the place deserted, Javier and Magdalena Lozada ( Florencia’s mother ) comes to meet them. Javier confronts them stating that the Coronel’s family engaged two lawyers to ensure that his book publication never holds, and yet they have the gust to come here and mock him. Javier exchanges some angry words with Melchor, Gilberto manages to takes his father away, Florencia runs after them calling for Gilberto.
Gilberto and Melchor are now outside, he queries Melchor for not telling him about the lawyers, Melchor says he wanted to give him a surprise. Florencia meets up with them and asks Gilberto why they ruined Javier’s endeavors, Gilberto says he knew nothing about his father’s plans.
At the Coronel’s mansion, Pasqual confronts Melchor concerning his bad attitude towards Sonia and her daughter, Melchor tries to defend himself but he finally backs down.
Rómulo teases Florencia about her attachment to her old car inspite of the endless problems it gives her , and urges her to sell it and buy a new one, but like as always , she says she doesn’t need a new car.
Pasqual, Sonia and Maria, comes home from an outing and are greeted with a huge pleasant surprise from Melchor, he has a room beautiful arranged with dozens of toys for Maria. The little girl is so excited.
Florencia discusses with her mother, the ongoing fight between Javier and Coronel, Magdalena Lozada believes that Javier late wive should equally be blamed, after all Gilberto didn’t force her to have an affair with him. Florencia sees things differently, she blames Gilberto for everything.
Melchor gets a phone call from the police information him that so far, the result of the investigations shows that his car was actually tampered with, but the finger prints doesn’t match Maria Clara’s, and so she has been released, but they are still investigating to know who’s finger print is on the car.
Melchor summons his family and informs them about the police findings.
Rómulo picks a fight with Dario while he’s working on the field, they exchange angry words, Rómulo tells him that he got away with the cocaine Florencia found, Dario accuses him of planting the drugs but he’s happy that his sister didn’t fall for his dirty game, the workers prevents them from exchanging blows.
Gilberto and his siblings are discussing about their father’s accident, and who could have possibly planned it. Alfredo meets them and informs Alba that he needs to urgently attend to some work Melchor assigned him. Alba tries to argue, but Gilberto offers to take her home.
Gilberto is at the police station, he asks the police commander Chivero about the finger prints on Melchor’s car, he’s tells him that the police is still working on it. Gilberto shows him the picture he saw in Alba’s album of a woman, he want to find her, that he keeps seeing her in some incident that must have occurred in his childhood. Gilberto says that the memory is always triggered by the smell of some particular wine.
Melchor and Sonia bicker about who was responsible for his car accident, Sonia mocks him, wondering who could possibly want to kill an old man who’s terminally ill.
Alfredo is stealthily following Maria Clara around some very busy walkway, from a close distance, he bumps into Maria from the company, she want to engage him in some silly conversion, he tries to move on, but she treathens to tell Alba about their affair. Alfredo comes back to her, his phone starts ringing, it’s Melchor, he want to know whether Alfredo is doing what he asked him to do, Melchor treathens to deal with him if he finds out that he’s responsible for his accident.
Melchor calls his lawyer on the phone and discusses about his will, stating that his only grandchild is the baby Alba is carrying and that Pasqual’s step daughter is not a Coronel. Sonia is eavesdropping close by.
Rómulo goes to quarrel Gilberto over Florencia, Gilberto treathens to ruin him if he doesn’t back off.
