New posters have dropped for our Castaway Diva, Park Eun-bin (Extraordinary Attorney Woo), who has been keeping busy on her stranded island and is ready to be finally rescued on October 28. Airing in tvN’s weekend slot, production for the series has PD Oh Chung-hwan (Big Mouth) at the helm with scripts by Park Hye-ryun (Start Up) and Eun Yeol. [News1]

MBC released more promos for A Good Day to Be a Dog, featuring our main pair Cha Eun-woo (Island) and Park Kyu-young (Celebrity) in a new poster and video teaser. Also starring Lee Hyun-woo (Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area), the fantasy romance premieres next month on October 11. [MBC]

Lining up her next project, Park Shin-hye (Sisyphus) has reportedly been cast in a new crime fantasy called The Judge From Hell (roughly translated). In what sounds like a meaty role, Park takes on the cold-hearted Kang Bit-na who is described to be a villain, having little compassion for perpetrators as well as victims. Kang Yoo-seok (Black Knight) has been added to the cast of tvN’s The Not Yet Wise Resident Life (roughly translated), joining Go Yoon-jung (Moving) in the lineup. Both are set to play first-year residents, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. A spin-off of the Hospital Playlist series, the medical drama is expected to release in early 2024. [Osen]

A new batch of stills have come out for Netflix’s Doona!, focusing on our friends-to-lovers pair, Suzy (Anna) and Yang Se-jong (My Country). With PD Lee Jung-hyo (Crash Landing on You) directing and writing by Jang Yoo-ha, the romance will be coming to our screens on October 20. [News1]
Speaking of romance, MBC’s The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract is gearing up for its premiere as well, releasing stills from the timeslip’s first script reading. Starring Lee Se-young (The Law Cafe), Bae In-hyuk (Cheer Up), Joo Hyun-young (Behind Every Star), and Yoo Seon-ho (Under the Queen’s Umbrella), the series is slated to broadcast in November. [MBC]
