At the Coronel mansion dinner table. Rosalia tells the family that Romon and his father were the ones who took care for her all these years. She hid Romon from the family so as to protect him from Melchor. Alba asks what Romon does for a living. He says he’s a builder, but on vacation for the time being. Alfredo tries to be disrespectful, but Gilberto shuts him down.

Chivero sees Melchor on the street and they throw jibe at each other. Pasqual comes with the househelp Emilia to Sonia’s room. Sonia throws a tantrum and flings her food at Emilia, complaining that it’s cold. Pasqual tries to calm her down, she then asks for a piece of cake.

Gilberto is on his way out of the house. He sees Pasqual in the hallway. Pasqual advises him to inform Walkin Belmont that he ( Gilberto ) was married to Maria Clara. Florencia has met her bail terms. Magdalena and Dairo comes to pick her from the police station.

Florencia is back home with Dairo and Magdalena. Chivero comes in to inform them that Rómulo is on the run. The police gathered that he’s hiding in Spain. He tells Florencia to come to the police station later for some finger prints test. It’s possible Rómulo forged some of Florencia’s signature. If he doesn’t show up with the money he embezzled, Florencia will be jailed. Chivero assures them that he will arrest Rómulo.

Rosalia invites Romon to move into the Coronel mansion. He protests, she tells him to think about it. Pasqual comes to pick Romon for a tour in the Coronel winery.

Dario is at the police station. Chivero interrogates him about Olivia’s death. Dario says the police report stated that Olivia slitted her own wrist inside a bathtub , so why is He being interrogated. He shows Dario the security camera footage . Dario explains that he only visited Olivia to ask for a document .

Pasqual takes Romon round the winery. He asks Pasqual the reason behind Alfredo’s nasty behavior. Pasqual says his sister just married a mad man.

Walkin Belmont comes to see Gilberto in his office. Gilberto starts talking about Maria Clara. Maria Clara comes in and Gilberto urges her to tell Walkin Belmont who she is to the Coronel family . Walkin Belmont says he’s aware Maria Clara is his ex wife. He expresses his condolences for Cecilia’s death. Gilberto asks whether he doesn’t find it odd that Maria Clara recommended him to invest in the Coronel winery. Mr. Walkin Belmont says that he only agreed to invest because his wife said the Coronel winery is the best, except Gilberto doesn’t think so. He steps out to receive a phone call. Maria Clara threatens to destroy Gilberto. Gilberto gets a phone call.

At the police station. Gilberto tells Chivero that Olivia committed suicide so as to avoid being jailed for killing Celestina. Chivero says it’s possible that Olivia was murdered.

Florencia bumps into Gilberto at the police station. He tries to cheer her up. She says she never want to see any Coronel, except Rómulo. She want him to be arrested. Gilberto says he had Olivia’s document, but someone stole it and gave the police. He wonders who stole it because Olivia had committed suicide . Florencia says his father must be the one who stole the document .

Magdalena comes to see Rosalia and begs her to help find Rómulo. Rosalia says she hasn’t heard from Rómulo. Magdalena says the police informed her that Rómulo is in Spain. If he doesn’t come to clear things with the police, Florencia will spend ten years in jail. Rosalia promises to let her know if Rómulo calls.

Gilberto sees Pasqual outside the house. He tells him the police suspects that Olivia didn’t commit suicide. Alfredo asks the company secretary to inform him if anyone calls for him. She sneers and tells him that nobody ever asks after him. Alfredo says she’s a bitter person.

Alba confronts Alfredo in her office. He’s spending too much of the company’s money. He threatens to report her to the police for killing Manuel if she doesn’t do his bid. Romon comes into Alfredo’s office and commends that the place is beautiful. Alfredo tries to badmouth the Coronel. Romon says he’ll continue his tour. He leaves.

Rosalia secretly calls Rómulo on the phone. She informs him that the police knows that he’s in Spain. She advises him to relocate. Magdalena gets home and tells Dario that Rosalia doesn’t know Rómulo’s whereabout. Florencia comes in and says that whoever stole Olivia’s document from Gilberto must be protecting Rómulo. Dario is quiet.

At the Coronel mansion. Gilberto tries to cheer Pasqual up. He tells him that it’s not his fault that Sonia is now paralyzed. It’s was an accident. He invites him out for dinner, in order to have a talk. Pasqual comes into Sonia’s room and informs her that he’s eating out with Gilberto. She throws a jibe at him. He ignores and leaves.

Rosalia tries to get Romon to follow Gilberto and Pasqual out for dinner but he declines. It’s obvious Gilberto and Pasqual doesn’t want him either. In a restaurant. Gilberto tells Pasqual that he has a plan to fix the problem about Maria Clara. They see Florencia walks in and take a table not too far away.

Dinner at the Coronel mansion. Alfredo continues being bitchy. Romon confronts him. Alfredo makes fun of Maria Clara intentions to destroy Gilberto and puts him on the street.

Gilberto approaches Florencia at the restaurant. She warns him to stay away, her mother is on her way here . Gilberto stands up and announces to the entire restaurant that he loves Florencia. He tells them to help share the gossip. Magdalena and Dairo watches the scene in shock, as they walk in. Florencia explains that Gilberto is very drunk.

Sonia crawls from her bed to the floor of her room. She pretends to have fallen. Pasqual comes in and comforts her. She claims she wanted to get her glass of water without disturbing anyone. Pasqual is not convinced. Rosalia tries to discuss with Gilberto about the issue with Maria Clara.

Alfredo secretly tries in vain to reach Maria Clara on phone. He leaves a voicemail. Gilberto assures Rosalia that he has plans to handle Maria Clara. He also urges her to set Alfredo straight. She shouldn’t allow him to be disrespectful to her.

Dario is standing at entrance door of the Rivero house , very worried. He remembers the accident that killed Laurena. He also remember’s stealing Olivia’s document and giving it to Melchor in exchange for his freedom . Magdalena comes behind him and tries to cheer him up. He confesses to her that he abandoned Laurena at the accident scene because he was scared of being arrested. Laurena didn’t deserve that. Magdalena says he must face the problem. She also says that they will move past this together. Dario is crying.

At the sleazy apartment where Sonia managed to rent . She is lying unconscious in a bed. Pasqual rushes in with the landlord. They call for an ambulance. Dario sneaks into Gilberto’s office and steals Olivia’s document from the safe.

Florencia informs Magdalena that the wedding will be at the vineyard. Magdalena gives her her own old wedding dress. Florencia is elated. Dario comes in and reluctantly agrees to walk her down the isle. At the Coronel mansion. Pasqual tucks in Sonia into bed. She tries to be affectionate with him , but he ignores her outstretched hand and walks out.

A very confused Alba is standing in front of the police station. Alfredo runs to her and dissuades her from turning herself in for killing Manuel’s. Dario meets Melchor in the study. He gives him Olivia’s document in exchange for his freedom, he want to stop working at the Coronel winery.  He tells Melchor that the document will destroy Rómulo. Melchor glances through it and with smug on his face says it’s a deal. Dario leaves.

Melchor is seated at the boardroom in the Coronel winery. He threatens to turn Alfredo in to the police for killing Celestina. Alfredo dares him to do so, for he’ll also tell the police about Alba’s crime. Gilberto, Pasqual and Alba comes in and greets their father. Melchor tells them that, he’s disappointed that they all turned their back against him in the business. He hands over his resignation letter. Everyone is shocked. He then leaves the place .

Gilberto meets Melchor at the winery and they both accuse each other of betrayal. Gilberto is back in his office. He’s shocked to discover that Olivia’s document is not in the safe. Alba comes in to inform him about Rómulo and Florencia’s wedding. Now Gilberto is so devastated.

Rosalia and her lawyer are in the study with Melchor. They discuss about her share of the Coronel fortune. Melchor with a resigned look signs 50% off to her including the Coronel mansion. Gilberto comes to see Florencia at home. He tries in vain to discourage her from marrying Rómulo. She’s adamant, says she has made up her mind.

Antonio is with Melchor in the study. Melchor shows him Olivia’s document and says that Dario does not know the seriousness of the content. He orders Antonio to give the document to the police.

Gilberto in his office is signing the partnership agreement with Walkin Belmont. Maria Clara comes in and Walkin Belmont introduces her as his fiance. Gilberto is flabbergasted. Walkin Belmont steps out to receive a phone call. Maria Clara tells Gilberto that she’ll never be out of their lives, she’ll seek for revenge .

Melchor is in the study. He stealthily opens the safe and picks out a small box. He puts the box in a bag and goes to the living room. Pasqual, Sonia, little Maria and Rosalia are there to bid him farewell. The great Melchor is being thrown out of the Coronel mansion. Sonia is so happy. Melchor promises to repossess his house sooner than they think.

Gilberto is seated in his office wearing a worried look. He ignores all phone calls. It’s the day of wedding. Chivero and his colleague comes to the Rivero’s house. They have arrest warrant for Florencia. It’s so pathetic. Florencia , Dario and Magdalena are shocked, they asks for explanation . Chivero tells them that Florencia is being charged with fraud and embezzlement.

Gilberto makes a phone call to Olivia, he lives a voicemail that he’s coming to her apartment with money in exchange for her document. He hangs up, and leaves the office with a suitcase in hand.

Florencia in her wedding dress is being taken to the police station. Dario protests that Rómulo is the culprit, he’s the accountant. Chivero tells Dario that he’ll have to proof it, because Florencia’s signature is on all the document. Chivero promises to help her.

Rómulo is at the wedding venue , very agitated wondering why Florencia hasn’t come. In the Coronel mansion. Rosalia, Alba, Alfredo, Pasqual and little Maria are leaving for Rómulo’s wedding. Sonia watches them leave and hurries back upstairs.

Gilberto is at Olivia’s apartment. He knocks the door but there’s no answer. He noticed that the door is open. He goes inside. Sonia is hastily parking little Maria’s belongings. Gilberto searches Olivia’s apartment and runs out of the place with a horrific look.

Rómulo is relieved to see the Rivero’s car coming. Dario comes out of the car and hit him in the face. Rómulo is shocked. Magdalena tells him about Florencia’s predicament . Rómulo assures them that he’ll sort it out. He tries to reach Olivia on phone.

In Olivia’s apartment. Her phone keeps ringing. She’s lying dead in the bathtub. The water has turned red with her blood.

Magdalena and Dairo are at the police station. Modero informs them that Chivero is out on an assignment, but will soon join them . They are disappointed to also learn that Florencia is kept in a cell. Rómulo is peeping at them through the window.

Pasqual comes home and sees Sonia sneaking out with little Maria. He tries to reach stop her, and they starts struggling. Gilberto looks up and sees the commotion. He’s gripped with horror as he has a quick flashback from his childhood. How their nanny fell from the same spot and died. He shouts for Pasqual to stop but it was too late. Pasqual pushes Sonia, she falls over the banister and lands on floor of the living room. Gilberto picks his phone and calls for an ambulance.

Gilberto meets his mother and asks whether as a child, he was the one who pushed their nanny. Rosalia nods. He asks how come she took responsibility all these years. Rosalia responds that she’ll do that again and again.

Florencia is seated in a police cell crying. Chivero and his colleagues are in Olivia’s apartment. The security camera shows pictures of Gilberto coming in and leaving the apartment. Chivero is so worried.

Gilberto is seated in his father’s chair in the study. He receives a phone calls , hangs up and rushes out.

At the police station. Gilberto visits Florencia in her cell. She’s crying. He says he’s sorry, he wasn’t aware of her predicament. They touched hands across the iron bars that’s between them. Pasqual is on phone with the doctor. Sonia is fine.

Melchor is seated in a church. Rev. Father Francis comes in to tease him. He asks him to come to the confessional. Melchor argues with him about Rosalia. He says he’ll get his family back very soon. He leaves the place.

It’s dinner at the Coronel mansion. Gilberto makes a toast to Rosalia. It’s her birthday. There’s a knock at the door. A young man comes in with flowers. He addresses Rosalia as; mother . Rosalia introduces him to them as their brother. There’s shock and an uneasiness around the table.

Florencia is still at her father’s grave. Magdalena with flowers in hand joins her. She tells Florencia that it’s better that her father is not around to witness Dario’s endless problems.

Pasqual and Alba are seated with Gilberto in his office. They discuss about Walkin Belmont’s proposal to invest in the Coronel winery. They plan to exclude their father in the deal .

Alba meets with Alfredo in the winery. He pressures her to tell him about what was discussed in the meeting with her brothers. She gives in, and he then asks her to transfer her own shares to him. She protests, but he threatens to report her to the police for killing Manuel.

Maria Clara pays a surprise visit to Gilberto in his office. She says she only came to say hello. She leaves her complimentary card, and tells him to call her later for a drink. She leaves.

Sonia is moving out of the Coronel mansion. Melchor comes in in his wheelchair and mocks her. He says that she would have still been with her husband if she hadn’t challenged him. He asks her for the house keys and she drops it on the floor . She leaves. Melchor, thinking that he’s alone, stands up and picks the key. His ex wife Rosalia is watching in amazement by the banister.

Maria Clara is walking to the Coronel mansion. She sees Sonia with her belongings standing outside. They exchange looks without speaking a word. Maria Clara walks past her.

Pasqual is in his bedroom. His step mother Rosalia comes in and tries to cheer him up concerning his seperation from Sonia. She also informs him that Melchor is pretending using the wheelchair. He can walk.

Maria Clara is with Melchor in the study. He orders her to leave. She says she came to make peace, as part of her rehabilitation process. She apologises for past mistakes and gives him a box of chocolates. Melchor is not convinced.

Florencia meets Rómulo in the Rivero winery. They discuss about how Dario is now producing high quality wine for the Coronel. They plan to get him back to work in the Rivero winery.

Melchor’s ex wife Rosalia meets him in the study and hands over a document. She says that’s all the money he sent her over the years. She never spent any. She demands for her share of half of the Coronel’s fortune.

Melchor is having a heated discussion with his lawyer Antonio. Antonio advises him to settle his ex wife out of court else he’ll loose everything. He also tells Melchor that his children are secretly making plans to partner with Walkin Belmont . He warns him not to count on them to support him.

Florencia and Rómulo continues to discuss about Dario. They both agree that it’s possible Dario is being forced to work for the Coronel.

Gilberto is in a restaurant with Maria Clara. She claims to have changed to a better person. She asks for a divorce devoid of any complications. She doesn’t want his money.

Florencia and Rómulo are in a restaurant. They see Maria Clara seated across. Florencia asks Rómulo whether he loved Maria Clara. Rómulo says no, and that his eyes are only on Florencia. He again begs her to marry him. Florencia says yes, she’ll marry him. They hug and kiss.

Florencia is back home. Magdalena and Dario asks whether she’s sure she want to marry Rómulo. Florencia says she’s doesn’t know, and that’s why she needs their support. Dario is not happy.

Chivero visits Gilberto in his office. He asks him about Olivia. Gilberto lies and says Olivia only called him on the phone. She informed him she’s leaving town. He doesn’t know where she is. Chivero says he hopes that he’s not lying to him. He leaves. Gilberto picks his phone and calls Olivia . He informs her that the police are after her, and that he lied to them. He says that he did her a favour, so now they are even. Olivia argues and says that her document is worth more. Dario is eavesdropping on Gilberto all the while.

Olivia sees Maria Clara walking on the street.

Dario goes to the Rivero winery and confronts Rómulo. He threatens him that there’s a document that will proof to Florencia that he’s a scum. Rómulo tells him off.

Melchor calls Pasqual, Gilberto and Alba to the study. He tries to win them over against their mother. Pasqual tells Melchor that he should stop the pretense, he doesn’t need the wheelchair. They tell him that he should sort things out with their mother. They don’t want to be caught in the middle. They all leaves. Rosalia comes inside the study and mocks him.

Olivia catches up with Maria Clara on the street. She asks her for them to be partners against the Coronel. She tells Maria Clara to give her money to finish off their previous business. Maria Clara says she had planned with her to tamper with the breaks of Melchor’s car, but that was in the past. She says she’s now a new person, she won’t be her accomplice. She warns Olivia that she ( Olivia ) has many enemies including Melchor. She walks away.

Rómulo and Florencia are walking in the Rivero vineyard. He proposes for them to push up their wedding date and marry tomorrow. Florencia hesitates for just a moment, and then agrees. The wedding will be tomorrow.

Dario pays a surprise visit to Olivia at her apartment. He tells her that he heard she has a document that will expose Rómulo. He’s ready to pay for it so as to stop Florencia from marrying him. Olivia says that the document is with Gilberto. She gives give him the combination to Gilberto’s office safe .

Gilberto, Pasqual and Alba are discussing about their plans to partner with Walkin Belmont. Gilberto suggests that they sell some of their shares to Walkin Belmont. Alba gets nervous and informs them that, she has transferred her shares to Alfredo. Gilberto and Pasqual are shocked.

Gilberto, Pasqual and Alba approaches Alfredo to transfer back Alba’s shares. They say it will enable them partner with Walkin Belmont. Alfredo mocks them and says that now he’s their equal. He says henceforth, they can’t treat him like an outsider. He refuses to give back the shares. Gilberto is livid, he says he’s going to find out why Alba gave him the shares. Gilberto and Alfredo leaves . Pasqual asks Alba to please tell him why she did it. Alba says she has done horrible things. She starts crying and hugs Pasqual.

Alfredo comes to see Melchor in the study and brags about him finally being a share holder. Melchor treathens to tell the police that he murderered Celestina. Alfredo tells him not to do it else he’ll regret it. He storms out of the place.

Sonia is in some sleazy room. She calls Pasqual on the phone. She says this is her final goodbye, and that she can’t live without him and her daughter. Pasqual asks in fright what she intends doing. She hangs up and then picks a bottle pills on the side table.

In the restaurant. Maria Clara asks Florencia why she’s just starring at her. She tells Florencia that she’ll soon find out why she returned back in town.

At the Coronel mansion. Chivero questions Alba about Manuel. She says she hasn’t heard from him. Chivero asks whether she knows the kind of relationship that exists between Olivia and Manuel. The police found Olivia’s number on Manuel’s phone call register. The two were in constant touch. Alba is surprise, because Olivia was the murder suspect in Manuel’s girlfriend’s ( Celestina ) death.

Rómulo follows Florencia into the Rivero winery. They argue about why she turned down his marriage proposal. She says she want to focus on finding out the truth surrounding her father’s death. Rómulo says he has decided to stick around a bit longer to take care of her.

Alba is in her office at the Coronel winery. Alfredo comes in and says she needs to be resting after her abduction trauma. Alba tells him about Olivia and Manuel being accomplices. Alfredo is shocked at this. He says it now make sense. He picks his phone and calls Olivia. He asks to meet her.

Olivia is standing by the road. She’s speaking on the phone with Alfredo. She tells him that she’s busy at the moment, she’ll see when she can. She hangs up and is surprise to see Chivero standing beside her. He asks her about Manuel. She tries to deny knowing him , but gives in after Chivero tells her about the phone records. She says Manuel contacted her after she was released from prison. Chivero persists, says that there were 22 calls within 4 days between the two of them. She lies that she eventually had a one night stand with Manuel. She says she doesn’t know his whereabout at the moment. Chivero says he’s not convinced. He treathens to be watching her. He walks away.

Olivia gets into her car. She had Manuel hidden inside all the while. He’s badly wounded. She gives him money and orders him to go finish the business with Alfredo. He should kill him.

Rómulo is in the Coronel winery. He bumps into Gilberto and they argue over Florencia. Rómulo says he just came to see Alba. He also tells Gilberto to forget about Florencia, she’s his ( Rómulo ).

Gilberto angrily watches as Rómulo walks away. He picks his phone and calls Olivia. He says he’s very interested in the incriminating information she has about Rómulo.

Dario is being interrogated at the police station by Chivero. He denies being the one behind the wheel in the accident that killed Laurena. Chivero tells him to get a good lawyer.

A broken Dario gets home. Florencia and Magdalena hugs him. They urges him to inform Laurena’s family.

Rómulo is at the police station talking to Modero ( Chivero’s assistant ).

Dario is at home with Florencia. Rómulo comes in and informs them that the police is building a homicide case against Dario. He offers to help by claiming to be Dairo’s alibi. Dario is skeptical, he asks the price for Rómulo’s help. Magdalena comes and says there’s a phone call for Dario. It’s Antonio, Melchor’s lawyer. Dario goes in to take the call. He comes out and says he’s got help, and that he doesn’t need Rómulo.

Florencia thanks Rómulo for wanting to help Dario. He places a kiss on her lips.

Gilberto is in Olivia’s apartment. He brought a suitcase full of money as payment for the information. He asks for the evidence she has about Rómulo’s criminal activities. She tries to seduce him and proposes a toast. Gilberto pretends to fall for it and starts kissing her.

Melchor and Antonio are at the police station to defend Dario. They both claims that Dario was at Coronel mansion on the night of the car accident. Chivero is frustrated further when Dario is brought and he also corroborates their claims.

Gilberto demands for the document, but Olivia continues to try to seduce him. She goes inside the bathroom. Gilberto quickly searches the room, and finds the document under the bed. He picks both document and the money and runs out of the apartment. Olivia comes out of the bathroom wearing a sexy lingerie. She sits down in dejection when she realizes what Gilberto had done.

Melchor is back home with Dairo. He tells Dario that his contract with the Coronel winery is now irrevocable because of the new bond between them. Dario feels cornered and asks whether he’s blackmailing him. Melchor says no, but that he should appreciate the fact that he just saved him from serving many years in prison.

Florencia informs Magdalena that she’s going to the police station. Magdalena asks whether it’s about Dario. Florencia says no, it’s for a different matter.

Gilberto is in his office. He studies the document he stole from Olivia. He then keeps it in the safe.

Florencia is at the police station. She asks Chivero for the police report on her father’s death.

Rómulo is with Florencia as she tries to re-exermine the spot were her father was found dead.

Alba sees Dario at the office and offers her condolences for Laurena’s death. He thanks her and walks away.

Alfredo is discussing Dario’ s situation with Alba in the office. He receives a text message from Olivia to meet her.

Alfredo is at a spot at the winery. He expects to see Olivia but Manuel shows up instead. Manuel points a gun at him and throws a paper at him. He orders him to write a suicide note, confessing that he murdered Celestina. Alfredo tries to argue. Alba comes in, and Manuel gets a bit distracted. Alfredo uses the opportunity and pushes Manuel. The two men struggles while Alba watches in confusion. Manuel’s gun falls on the ground. Alba picks the gun and shoots Manuel. The 3 of them are shocked. Alfredo shouts at Alba and orders her to get out of the place. Alba leaves. Manuel is now clawing on the floor. He’s wounded but is still alive. Alfredo picks the gun and shoots him.

Alfredo and Alba are standing in an open field. He has just finished burying Manuel in the ground.

Alfredo and Alba are back home. They argue about their marital problems. Alba insists that she want a divorce. Alfredo treathens her about prison terms if the police discovers she killed Manuel.

There’s is a wine presentation at the Colonel winery . Gilberto addresses the guests, amongst them is Mr. Walkin Belmont. He gets agitated when he sees Olivia in the crowd.

Gilberto follows Olivia outside. She treathens to destroy him if he doesn’t return her document. He says that he can’t give her the document. He says that the content will not only harm Rómulo, but it will destroy the Riveros. Olivia tells him that she has more information that will destroy him ( Gilberto ) and the entire Coronel family . She warns him not to dare her. She then walks away.

Melchor confronts Alfredo for still staying in the Coronel mansion. Alfredo insists that he’s Alba’s husband.

Mr. Walkin Belmont is very impressed with the quality of the Coronel wine. He proposes to Gilberto to become a capital investor.

Florencia is at her father’s grave. She promises to find the truth behind his death.

Alfredo takes Alba to the spot in the field where he had left Manuel’s bullet ridden body. They are shocked to find out that the body wasn’t there.

A shaken and scared Dario is at the Colonel’s mansion. He sees Melchor in the study and informs him about the accident. He begs him to help him . He believes that Laurena is dead. Melchor says it was an accident, he should have called the police. Dario explains that, he doesn’t want to be arrested, because he was drunk and high on drugs. Melchor comes up with a plan , says he should call Laurena’s phone so it will appear as if he was never with her. It dawn’s on Dario that his phone must have fallen inside the car. Melchor advises him to hurry and pick it before the police arrives at the scene.

[adinserter block=”10″] Dario arrives at the accident scene and is disappointed to find the police commander Chavero and his colleague already inspecting the place. He lies and tells them that Melchor heard about the accident and sent him to check. Chivero asks Dario to come and identify the dead body by the car. Dario does so and pretends to want to throw up. He bends and quickly picks his cell phone from the ground and hides it in his pocket.

Pasqual informs Melchor that Alba’s car has been seen. He tries to reach Alfredo on phone. Alfredo sees Pasqual incoming phone call and ignores it. He tells Alba that they need to plan on what to tell the family. They shouldn’t tell anyone about him shooting Manuel. Alba argues and says she doesn’t believe that Manuel is a fraudster.

In the Coronel mansion. Sonia is having lunch with Maria. Melchor comes in and taunts Sonia about her problem with Pasqual. Chivero questions Dario at the police station. Dario says that Laurena was his girlfriend and that he borrowed her car. Chivero says Laurena was not the one driving, another person was in the car with her. Dario gets nervous and says, he took a taxi home last night because he was too drunk. Chivero is not convinced. He receives a phone call, hungs up and dismisses Dario for the time being.

Alfredo and Alba arrives at the Coronel mansion. The family is relieved to see Alba. Gilberto says that the police is hunting for Manuel. Alfredo gets nervous at the information. He says it’s not necessary, after all Alba is safe.

Magdalena tells Florencia to reconsider signing Rómulo’s settlement document. She says that Rómulo had been good to her and the family business. Florencia says it’s Rómulo’s decision to leave the business . The phone rings. Florencia picks it, it’s Melchor. Florencia hungs up and informs Magdalena that Laurena has died in a car accident. She rushes out to go see Dairo.

Alfredo brags to Melchor about him being the one who rescued Alba. Melchor queries whether Alfredo has more to say the whole incident. Alfredo gets piqued, says he’s never appreciated. He needs to be thanked and acknowledged for all that he has done for the family. Melchor tells him that Manuel kidnapped Alba because of his ( Alfredo ) affair with Celestina, and that the story is far from over.

Florencia is at the Colonel winery in search of Dairo. She bumps into Gilberto, they argue about their relationship problems. Alfredo tells Alba that that he must find Manuel’s body at all cost and bury it. Florencia sees a broken Dario, they hug and she begs him to move back home.

Alfredo is by his car. He looks in the window glass, and hallucinate seeing Manuel standing behind him. He jumps around in fright but finds no one. Florencia runs into Gilberto on her way out of the Coronel winery. She warns him to stay away from her.

[adinserter block=”10″] Pasqual informs Gilberto that he has a visitor waiting in his office. He’s one of the biggest wine wholesalers. He introduces himself to Gilberto as Walkin Belmart. He tells Gilberto that he want to invest in the Coronel winery but he’s skeptical because of their bad reputation. Gilberto assures him that they can do business without including Melchor. Mr. Walkin says he’s fine with it. He leaves. Pasqual comes in Gilberto informs him about Mr. Walkin’ s proposal. Pasqual says they should grab the opportunity. He also informs Gilberto that the wine Dario’s made is fantastic.

Alfredo is back at the field trying to find Manuel’ s body. He finds some blood footprints there. It dawn’s on him that Manuel although seriously injured, must have walked out of the place. Manuel is still alive. Gilberto and Pasqual informs Melchor about Mr. Walkin Belmont’s business proposal. They said they’ve already made the decision to accept. Melchor is angry that they excluded him in the deal.

Pasqual meets Sonia at home and asks whether she has gotten an apartment. Sonia says she doesn’t have any means to rent or buy a place. She cries and begs him to forgive her. Pasqual walks out of the place.

Olivia meets Gilberto in the Coronel winery. She offers to give an information about Rómulo in exchange for money. Gilberto says he’s not interested. He taunts her for wanting to run out of town because she’s afraid the murder case against her will be reopened. She says Rómulo has been stealing from Florencia. The information she has is worth millions. She has evidence of Rómulo’s plan to ruin Florencia. Gilberto is now interested . She says Gilberto should think about it and get back to her. She then retorts that she’s sorry about Alba. Gilberto says the family is happy that Alba is back home safely . She gives him a funny look and leaves.

Alfredo tells Alba not to panic. He says Manuel is not dead. Alba is nervous, she says she wished she never met him. She asks Alfredo why he’s trying so hard to help her despite what had happened. He says he loves her, and that they both needs to forgive each other . Her phone starts ringing. It’s Manuel. Alfredo grabs the phone and screams that Manuel should leave his wife alone.

Pasqual helps Melchor into bed. Melchor asks him whether Sonia had moved out of the mansion. Pasqual says she’s yet to find an apartment. Alfredo sees Sonia eavesdropping behind the door and reprimands her. She walks away. The police commander Chavero visits the Coronel mansion. He wants to have a word with Alba. Alfredo tries to stop him, but Alba says it’s ok. Chivero asks Alfredo to leave them alone.

Sonia is sweet-talking to little Maria, knowing that Pasqual is listening. She tells her that she’s going to study for a while, but will always come to see her on weekends. She hugs her and starts crying. Pasqual asks Maria to go to her room. He asks Sonia that , if she could rewind time, will she do things differently. She says she would love things to be as it were at the beginning.

Sonia comes to see Melchor in the study and and brags to him about Pasqual’s decision to give her a second chance. Melchor acts shocked. Pasqual comes in to confirm what Sonia said. He has decided to make up with his wife. He says Sonia has promised to be a better person. Melchor says that if Sonia is really sincere, she should sign a prenuptial agreement stating that she’ll get nothing in case of a divorce. Sonia is shaken. Pasqual makes to stop her, but Sonia says she want to proof that she loves Pasqual. She takes the document and signs it. Pasqual then tells Sonia that he has called a taxi to come and pick her up, she should pack her things. Sonia is shocked. It suddenly dawn’s on her that Pasqual tricked her to sign the document, she has lost everything, even the custody of her daughter. She goes crazy and starts reigning abuses on Pasqual. Melchor warns her to leave immediately else he’ll call the police. Melchor tells Pasqual to stay calm, he has everything under control .

Florencia is seated at a restaurant, pensive. Maria Clara shows up and asks who she was thinking of. Rómulo or Gilberto ?

In the Coronel mansion kitchen. Melchor asks a pretentious Sonia whether she’s the one who bought the antidepressant drug. Sonia says she’s the one, but that, Maria Clara begged her to buy it for her. Maria Clara says Sonia is lying. Maria Clara rushes out of the kitchen in frustration. Sonia, still crying tells Melchor that Maria Clara is too dangerous. She shouldn’t be allowed to stay in the mansion. Melchor says he doesn’t trust Sonia either.

Maria Clara storms into Alba’s room and hysterically tells her that she’s innocent. She says she’s not the one who caused her miscarriage. Alba is so confuse, she can’t make any sense of what Maria Clara is saying. Melchor comes in and drag Maria Clara out of the room.

Alfredo catches up with Maria on the street. He asks her what she discussed with his wife ( Alba ). Maria slaps him. They argue and she lures him to kiss her, but she bites his lips, and walks away.

Alfredo sees Manuel hugging Alba in front of some hotel. He watches in shock as they both walk into the hotel.

[adinserter block=”10″] Melchor meets Gilberto and says that Maria Clara should leave the Coronel mansion. He says that Alba has run out of the house because she’s now scared of Maria Clara. Gilberto says that he’ll take care of the situation.

Manuel and Alba are in a hotel room. He asks Alba why they are here. Alba relates what happened with Maria Clara . She says she want to be alone, she doesn’t want to see anyone else except him. He tries to calm her down. They kiss, but Alba moves away.

Gilberto goes to see Maria Clara in her room. She tries to get him to believe that Sonia killed Alba’s baby so as to make little Maria the sole heir. But it’s futile, Gilberto doesn’t believe her. He says Maria Clara had always threatened to avenge Cecilia’s death. He angrily leaves the room.

Rómulo lawyer, Antonio eventually convinces Florencia to contest for the president position at the agency. Florencia gets a phone call from her mother.

Florencia and Rómulo are at the Rivero winery. She tries to convince him to let go of Eduardo’s land. Rómulo argues but gives in after some time. Florencia is so elated, she pecks him on the cheek.

Dario meets Rómulo at work. He informs Rómulo that Laurena has been hired to work in the winery.

Alfredo meets Alba in the bedroom and queries her about the hotel scene. Alba is shocked. She asks whether he’s now following her. He tells her he’s not worried , after all Manuel is gay. Alba is now confuse at this information.

It’s breakfast at the Coronel mansion. They discuss about Maria Clara. Sonia says Maria Clara is crazy.

Isabel ( Eduardo’s wife ) is having breakfast with the Riveros. She thanks Magdalena and Florencia for helping her get back her husband’s land.

Rómulo sneaks into Eduardo’s room at the hospital. He tells Eduardo that he should have stayed quiet in his coma, but now he’s causing problems. He removes the oxygen tubes, and suffocate Eduardo to death.

Gilberto is walking with Maria Clara in the garden. She thanks him for listening to her. He gives her this hateful stare and tells her that the Coronel family will never forgive her. Some psychiatric medics suddenly joins them and grabs Maria Clara. She’s so shocked, she reigns curses on Gilberto. Maria Clara is forced into an ambulance and taken away.

Gilberto is addressing workers. He tells them that from henceforth , the harvesting of grapes will be done manually. Alfredo protests, but Pasqual shuts him down. Gilberto dismisses the workers. He warns Alfredo never to challenge him or Pasqual in front of the workers.

Florencia is giving orders to some workers. Rómulo comes around and tells her that he got a call from the hospital to inform him Eduardo has died . Florencia is shocked, says Eduardo was doing fine the last time she saw him. Rómulo changes the topic and says he’s happy business is going on well. He steals a kiss on her lips and walks away. Florencia is standing there in deep thought. She reminisces about some sweet memories with Gilberto.

Alba comes to see Manuel in the office. She want to him to clarify his sexual preferences. Manuel says he’s not gay, he lied to Alfredo . He says he’s so crazy about her, he want to make love to her.

Chivero visit Rómulo and interrogates him about Eduardo’s death. He said he’s curious as to who’ll benefit from his death. He says even though Eduardo couldn’t speak, he managed to scribble down ” RUOLO ” before he died. Rómulo tries to mentain his composure, but he gets nervous when he sees the words. Rómulo shrugs and says the word doesn’t mean anything. Chivero threatens to do thorough investigation, he then leaves. Rómulo looks shaken.

Maria Clara is in some mental home. She angrily arranges some photographs.

Antonio visits Florencia. He informs her that her candidacy to contest has been approved. He also tells her that Gilberto is contesting as well. Florencia is not happy at this information. She doesn’t want it to look like a fight.

Florencia is trying to help in carrying some basket of grapes. Rómulo tells her not to bother, he’ll do it with the workers.

Gilberto tells Melchor and Pasqual that Maria Clara will no longer bother the family. Melchor informs him that Florencia is contesting against him at the upcoming election.

Gilberto is at the agency, he sees Florencia. He discusses about her decision to contest. He tells her that his father will do anything to make sure he wins. Florencia says that she’s up for the challenge.

Rómulo is at Eduardo’s vineyard. He secretly offload some basket of grapes.

Pasqual argues with Gilberto about the corrupt practices of the family. He says he doesn’t trust Gilberto. He believes Gilberto hasn’t changed. Gilberto tries to make him trust him. Pasqual says that he has allowed their father to manipulate him. He asks Gilberto about his wife. Gilberto says he kept Maria Clara in the mental home to protect her from their father. He’s also contesting so as to protect Florencia. Gilberto says, in the end, he want the best for everyone.

Alfredo comes home and teases Alba about Manuel being gay. Alba smiles, remembering Manuel crazy talk about him yearning to make love to her.

Melchor is having a business meeting with Gilberto, Pasqual and Alba. Alba says she’s fine with whatever Gilberto says. She leaves while Melchor makes futile attempts to make her stay. They all agree to register the vineyard under Pasqual’s name. Melchor tells Pasqual that they trust him.

Dario comes with Laurena to the Rivero winery. He queries Gerardo about the shortage in the grapes they harvested. Gerardo gets nervous. Laurena excuses herself and leaves the place. Dario says he suspects that Rómulo is secretly making wine somewhere. He orders Gerardo to get the keys to Eduardo’s vineyard, and follow him. Gerardo now look so scared.

At the Coronel winery office. Manuel is on phone talking to Alba. Alfredo creeps on him, snatches the phone from his hand, and grabs him by the throat. He warns him stay away from his wife ( Alba ). Manuel manages to bring out his wallet and shows him a picture of him and his male lover. Alfredo is shocked, he quickly leaves him when it dawn’s on him that Manuel is gay. Manuel begs him not to tell anyone, because his parents are not aware. Alfredo assures him that his secret is safe with him. He leaves the place.

Rómulo storms into the Coronel mansion study and confronts Melchor for implicating Florencia in the vineyard fire incident. Gilberto runs to the scene and is shocked to learn that Florencia has been arrested by the police. Melchor feigns innocence, Rómulo treathens Melchor to fix the problem else he’ll personally deal with him, he then storms out of the place. Gilberto asks Melchor how he could descend so low as to come up with such plan. Melchor tells him that it’s a minor issue. He shouldn’t bother, Gilberto angrily leaves.
