Jose brings breakfast to Rebeca in bed with some pills and a flower, she tells his she doesn’t remember what happen last night, Jose disappointed leave her room, the hotel manager informs Damian he has to leave the room, customers complain they could not sleep last night because his son cried throughout, Hernan tells Marina he just bought a hotel in Mexico and want Marina to work with him, he offers her the same position she once had as a General Manager of the hotel, but Marina tells him she still work for Mercedes and cannot resign at the moment, Hernan takes Marina to her former work place, she isn’t thrilled to be there considering the reason why she left, Hernan tells her not to be intimidated by people who did her wrong in the past rather she should show them she is strong, he tries to convince her to take his offer especially now that she is pregnant.
Damian visit Claudio, he offers him a job, Claudio want him to be the manager of his shipyard building company in Veracruz, Hernan take Marina to meet her former colleagues the same men who try to cover up for Ernesto’s rape case, they all look surprise to see her, Hernan tells them Marina will be representing him in the hotel, Damian hesitate to take Claudio offer because of la Tempestad Claudio tries to convince him that it is good offer and plead with Damian to accept it, Damian finally accept his offer, Marina tells her former colleague that she is not sure if she will accept Hernan offer, but in case she does she will work with them as if nothing happen in the past, Fulgencio reprimand Nereo for not killing Father Tomas as they agreed.
The doctor inform Rosario and her family that Father Tomas is still fighting for his life, Mercedes thanks Beatrice for coming with her to visit Magdalene , they enters her room and see her as sleep, Beatrice is amazed at how she look exactly like Marina, Beatrice tells Mercedes she want to have a chat with Magdalene, Damian rent a small room in the city, Magdalena wakes up and see Beatrice in her room, Beatrice tells her about her health and encourages Madgalena to love those around her, Esthercita is finally in Mexico, Hernan and Marina are out of the hotel, they talk about her new job offer when her phone rings, Lazaro tells his mother and Jazmin that he will not go to the Naval academy anymore because of Father Thoma’s condition but Rosario disagree.
Marina enters the restaurant and watches Damian plays with his son, she smiles as she sees them, Damian gave the baby to her, she holds the baby in her arms, Beatrice advice Magdalena to stop drinking, Damian tells Marina that there is something about her today, Marina tells him they can’t be together, Damian promise her that Esthercita won’t interfere in their relationship, Esthercita and Ursula are having fun in the restaurant, Marina tells Damian she decided to end their relationship so he can with his son, she wishes him the best in life and walk out of the restaurant, Damian is disappointed, Lazaro is leaving for the Naval Academy, as soon as he closed the door Rosario threats Jazmin.
Hernan tells Esthercita that Marina is meeting Damian as they are speaking, she calls him and tells him she is in Mexico, Esthercita enters Damian apartment and starts complaining about the house, Hernan arrives at Mercedes house and hears Mercedes and Beatrice talk, he eavesdrops on them, Mercedes confesses to Beatrice that she reported Ernesto to the police.
Ernesto is still in bed, Blas informs him that Esthercita is nowhere to be found, she has also changed her number, Ernesto promises him that he will find them, Esthercita tell Damian she can’t believe he brought her son to this dump, he tells her she is allowed to visit anytime she want may be she can live in Mexico, he reminds her that no one will ever separate him from his son.
