Hernan tells Marina not to give any chance to Mercedes again because she used her, Marina tells him Mercedes said she had her reason but Hernan insists she doesn’t listen to her, she will only get hurt, Damian tells Delfina not to leave Michel with Esthercita she doesn’t care for the baby and with the scorpion incident, he no longer trust the safety of his son with her, Magdalena tells Mercedes she hopes Marina accepts her so they can be one family again, Damian pays a surprise visit to Marina in her office, Marina tells him Mercedes waited for her last night so she could explain things to her but she didn’t allow her, Damian asks her to at least listen to her so she can decide on what to do and tells no matter her decision he will always be there for there, Hernan enters Marina’s office and sees them kissing, Delfina and Consuelo walk baby Michel in town.
Hernan quickly rushes to Esthercita to inform her Damian is kissing Marina in her office, she get mad and start yelling, he grabs her by the hair and tells her instead of being very hard with Damian she should seduce him and make sure he stays with her because if he (Hernan) loses Marina he will tell the whole truth to Damian, Fulgencio tries to convince Delfina to join his campaign team. Oso tells Damian Fulgencio offered a job to Lazaro at the hospital, Lazaro informs Rosario that Jazmin has decided to name their child Fulgencio if it is a boy, Jazmin takes Abigail round the company, they two ladies get along very well, Guess Jazmin didn’t recognize her, Fulgencio babysit Michel, he smile at the fact that his grandchild will be named Fulgencio, Marina informs Rebeca and Beatrice that she will be going to Mexico to listen to Mercedes, Rebeca wants to go with her but she prefers to do it alone, Zully checks her wire to make sure it is intact. Esthercita begs her mother to give her Michel but Delfina tells her Damian gave her specific instructions not to allow her to be alone with Michel because he doesn’t trust, she finally agrees but she will go to the house with Esthercita,.
Damian and his crew have started working at the shipyard, Ursula asks Marcelino if he added Hernan’s medicine to his drinks, Zully walks on Hernan and Ursula kissing by the pool and interrupt them, the wind blows Zully dress and Hernan notices the wire, he questions her about it, she tells him it is nothing and tries to run away from him, he follows her and throws her on the grass, he grabs her neck and asks her who is she working for, Robles asks Guerrero to call Zully to check on her, he hasn’t heard from her, Hernan holds Zully tight and asks Ursula to bring him his gun, he kisses Ursula and asks her to prove her love for him by shooting Zully, with tears in her eye and shaking hand she shoot Zully, Marcelino sees them and hide, Hernan pull Ursula close to him and hug her, Claudio tells Jose he wants to help Mercedes financially but he doesn’t want her to know, Mercedes instructs Alicia to cancel her all appointment for the day, Marina calls Damian to inform him she has decided to listen to Mercedes, Mercedes and Magdalena spend time together, they go shopping, then museum finally in church, Esthercita reads her magazine while Michel is all alone in his crib, she notices Damian at the door and quickly rush to Michel’s crib to play with him, Damian look kind of shock at her attitude.
Alicia informs Mercedes that Marina is waiting for her in living room, Mercedes asks her to make sure Magdalena doesn’t come downstairs until Marina is gone, Mercedes tries to explain her relationship with Ariel, Marina interrupts and tells her she already knows that story, she want to know why Mercedes abandon her, Mercedes tells her she didn’t abandon her, she gave her to her father Ariel to protect her, Magdalena opens her door and find Alicia standing in front of her door, she tries to go downstairs but Alicia tries to prevent her, Marina asks her why she didn’t fight for her child instead of giving her away, Mercedes tells her she could not fight Ernesto he was too powerful, Magdalena asks Alicia why she doesn’t want her to go downstairs, Mercedes tells Marina things Ernesto’s revenge became worst when Marina decided to confront him over the rape incident at the hotel that is the reason she offered her a job at the packing company to get her away from him, Marina refuses to listen anymore, she gets up and runs to the door, Magdalena hears the noise from downstairs and runs to check, too late she sees Marina running out of the house, Mercedes closes the door, turn and see Magdalena.
