The doctor comes in and tells them Mercedes heart isn’t that strong, Hernan and Damian stares at each other, Hernan tries to show him his gun, Damian runs to him but Hernan has already left, Hernan sees Marina and Magdalena and tells Marina they are leaving, she begs him to stay a bit but he refuses, Magdalena intervenes but Hernan doesn’t listen and forces Marina to leave with him, Abigail explains her history to Lazaro and offers to be his friend if he ever reconcile with Jazmin, Lazaro accepts her friendship, Candy watches them and shake her head, Marina goes crying on her mother Beatrice she tells her what happen to Damian and her wedding to Hernan, she informed her mother that she has no choice now but stay with Hernan in order to protect her family but promises her to find a way to free herself from him, she puts Beatrice’s hand on her forehead asking her for her blessing, Damian comes to Jose’s room looking for Marina, Magdalena joins them and tells them Mercedes was murmuring evidence , Jose explains to them what evidence she was talking about, he also tells Damian that the wedding of Marina and Hernan is faked and he planned it all, Magdalena and Damian go in search of the evidence, Rebeca kisses Jose and calls him her hero.
