The year 2017 saw us enjoy a lot of new bangers and even new infusions of Latino love into the genre.<\/p>\n<p>Brand new albums came into the scene this year, some topping charts like reputation with <strong>&#8220;Look What You Made Me Do&#8221;<\/strong> from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mediaguidegroup.com\/tag\/taylor-swift\/\">Taylor Swift<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>She currently still in a feud with <strong>Katy Perry,<\/strong> who gifted the world with <strong>&#8220;Witness&#8221;.<\/strong>\u00a0From that album we have heard massive hits such as <strong>Swish Swish<\/strong>, <strong>Bon App\u00e9tit<\/strong>, <strong>Hey Hey Hey<\/strong> and <strong>Chained To The Rhythm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3tmd-ClpJxA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><br \/>\nAmerican girl band <strong>Fifth Harmony<\/strong> launched their self titled album in August. The album received critical acclaim with titles such as <strong>Down<\/strong> where they featured <strong>Gucci Mane<\/strong>, the Hip Hop inspired Angel, <strong>He Like That<\/strong> and <strong>Deliver<\/strong> which have broken records. The girls launched this album in a bid to show the world that they are stronger together right after the departure of fellow band member <strong>Camila Cabello<\/strong>, whose music career also skyrocketed right after the world premiere of her single\u00a0<strong>Crying In The Club<\/strong>, which received massive acclaim. Her versatility has also been evident in the Hip Hop hit, <strong>OMG<\/strong> featuring <strong>Quavo<\/strong>, and <strong>Havana<\/strong> featuring <strong>Young Thug<\/strong>. Camila&#8217;s self titled album will be coming in 2018 with 10 tracks sure to wow the pop culture world, some such as <strong>Never Be The Same<\/strong> and <strong>Real Friends<\/strong> are already doing just that.<br \/>\nFrom the British Isles, the Europeans are also infusing pop love into people&#8217;s hearts. British girl band <strong>Little Mix<\/strong> were at it with their <strong>Glory Days<\/strong> album giving us hits such as the energetic <strong>Power<\/strong> which broke music charts to the brim and <strong>No More Sad Songs<\/strong> featuring <strong>Machine Gun Kelly<\/strong> following the same route. They also partnered up with Latino boy band <strong>CNCO<\/strong> for the remix of their.<br \/>\n[adinserter block=&#8221;10&#8243;]<br \/>\n<strong>Lorde<\/strong> also dropped a brand new album\u00a0<strong>Melodrama<\/strong> from whence hits like <strong>Green Light<\/strong> and <strong>Perfect Places<\/strong> have emerged.\u00a0<strong>Demi Lovato<\/strong>&#8216;s new RNB infusion has seen <strong>Tell Me You Love Me<\/strong> become an album worth talking about with hits such as <strong>Sorry Not Sorry<\/strong> and the track from where the album&#8217;s name is derived leading the package.<br \/>\nBad girl <strong>P!nk<\/strong> was also prepared to blow minds of her loyal fans when she launched <strong>Beautiful Trauma<\/strong> and succeeded in doing so with <strong>What About Us<\/strong> causing a frenzy amongst listeners.<br \/>\n<strong>Kendrick Lamar<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>DNA<\/strong> album has wowed some but has also been a disappointment to others such as myself and I am not sure how effective <strong>Loyalty<\/strong>, featuring Rihanna, was at driving that spazz that it should have, but tracks like <strong>Humble<\/strong> did me in, so I would say we are yet to see the last of this super talented man.<br \/>\nLatino pop star, <strong>Luis Fonsi<\/strong> had quite the year when his record breaking <strong>Despacito<\/strong> received 3 billion viewers in less than 7 months and invoking Justin Bieber&#8217;s vocals into the song&#8217;s remix only served to popularise the song further. He also received acclaim for \u00c9chame La Culpa with Demi Lovato helping pull the track&#8217;s fame higher.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kJQP7kiw5Fk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/center><br \/>\n<strong>Enrique Iglesias<\/strong> was also part of UK&#8217;s top Music charts for his very enigmatic title, <strong>S\u00fabeme La Radio<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>DJ Khaled<\/strong> must be planning some big ass party to celebrate the year seeing as his <strong>Wild Thoughts<\/strong> track featuring <strong>Rihanna<\/strong> and <strong>Bryson Tiller,<\/strong> topped dozens of charts worldwide and I am not surprised since this track did me in from the first time I heard it and this only proves what of a success this year has been. <strong>I&#8217;m The One<\/strong> also lead download rates worldwide in pop culture music. I will not speak much on the other tracks in his <strong>Grateful<\/strong> album seeing as I am yet to sample the entire entre but let&#8217;s just hope the year really was loaded with hits from him.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/srMfJuIEz9k\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/center><br \/>\n<strong>J Balvin<\/strong> was very instrumental and ensuring a musically successful year with the unveiling of his hit single, <strong>Mi Gente<\/strong>, featuring <strong>Willy William<\/strong>. This track literally had systems banging due to its apparent energy and crazy beats. I sure hope this Latino mastermind will have a prosperous year.<br \/>\nBefore I pen off, I would like to highlight <strong>Cardi B<\/strong>&#8216;s vitality into the music scene. Her debut track, <strong>Bodak Yellow<\/strong> had many questioning its authenticity and her evident aping of <strong>Nicki Minaj<\/strong>&#8216;s style. However, her winning of BET&#8217;s Hip Hop Artist of the year only saw the sealing of her stay into the music scene verified and she has proven herself in <strong>Migos&#8217; MotorSport<\/strong> featuring her and Nicki Minaj.<br \/>\nWith so much to say, I can only end by saying 2017 has been wild with Pop Culture music tracks.
