Lorenzo and Ninong come up with a plan to send Carlos to the USA for work to prevent the wedding and to their surprise, Carlos agrees to go few days after his wedding to start his new family, Eva encourages Gael to trust their judiciary system, even though it is a bit slow, she assures him that there are still a lot of decent judges and uncompromising lawyers like her and start eating. Gael apologies to her, she asks him to repeat it again, they look cute together, he repeats it again with a smile, and she makes fun of him, he apologies for his behavior, and promises not to let his emotions get the best of him and he won’t get angry easily again, Eva can’t believe what she is hearing and asks him if he can hear what he is saying, and asks him if he is sure he can fulfill those promises, Gael smile and tells her she doesn’t actually know him and assures her he can be cool, I thinks I agree with Eva on this remarks, Gael needs to smile more often, he looks so sweet, especially his dimples, Eva tells him he looks so handsome when he smiles, awkward moment, Eva apologies and tells him she talk too much when she is hungry, she assures him she actually doesn’t mean those things, Mia wedding gown can’t be ready on time for the wedding because of the short notice, however the designer proposes another option to her but Mia is a bit skeptical and remind her of who Carlos is, he would never agree that she wear the same gown as the others, the lady assures her Carlos won’t notices it, but Mia still doesn’t want any problem with Carlos advises the lady they wait for him. Carlos informs Muloy he is going to meet with Mia and asks him to open the gate, as soon he does, a man shows up and asks of Carlos Antonio, Muloy points to Carlos’s direction, Carlos comes out of his car and walks towards the man, the man gives him a sealed envelope and informs him he has a court summons, there is a complaint against him, he is being accused of attempted murder of Gabriel Nakpil, “what”, Manuel received the good news, he is all excited, he also informs Marilen that Carlos has already received the court summons, she says nothing but looks sad though, Manuel tells Gael he is sure the Antonio’s are furious at the moment and thinks they might back at him, he hangs up and turns to Marilen, and tells her The Lord has been good to them, she says nothing but fake a smile, Manuel says Carlos has finally been Summoned.
Carlos is furious, he takes the letter to his dad, what pisses him the most is that they coincided his hearing on his wedding day, Lorenzo decides to call his lawyer, Ninong asks Carlos about his fight with Gael, Carlos tells them he is not doing anything to him anymore, yet Gael is still messing with him, just at that moment Mia calls, he rudely asks her to wait for him and hang up, Eva and Gael goes to a bar, may be to celebrate, he made fun of her and says just a little anger, and a summons appears, she smile and says yes but suggests they take a break, so they don’t easily get carried away, he then asks her if she is going to eat, she asks him to look around, and tells him if she wanted to eat, she would I brought him to her favorite restaurant, Gael suggests she stops talking about food so they can start drinking, she agrees and even suggests they play a game, the lawyer informs the Antonio’s that Gael has an eyewitness that testify that Carlos were there at the hospital, Lorenzo asks him to whatever it takes to bribe the eyewitness, Carlos tells the lawyer he doesn’t care who the witness is, all he want for him is to delay the hearing, so it doesn’t become an hindrance to his wedding, and excuses himself. Alexa celebrates the good news, she is sure the court summons will affect Carlos and Mia relationship, she tells Abner she killed two birds with a one stone, lovers are fighting, brothers are also fighting, and reminds him that she told him she will use the Napkil to fight against Antonio’s, but she isn’t done yet, the wedding gown designer, wants to leave but Mia asks her to stay a bit or suggests they reschedule, she agrees but tells Mia she waited only to inform Carlos that she can’t use one week to make her gown, back at the bar, Gael is now tipsy while Eva still look strong and guess what she is eaten, Gael tells her she cheated, she says her grandfather told her to put the alcohol in her tummy not in her head or heart, Gael laughs and tells her then her tummy must be very big, and start teasing her, she also tells him no matter the amount of food or drink she takes in, she is very confident that she hot and sexy, Gael asks her if she knows who is sexy, and they both say Mia, she asks him why has he decided to be like this, he says he can’t teach his heart what to feel, and narrates his moment with Mia to her, it was love at first sight, Mia the obedient girlfriend is still at the restaurant waiting for Carlos, Gael tells Eva that Mia is his destiny, Carlos finally shows up with Muloy, he get angry when Mia tells him the designer has already left, according to him they had an appointment so she had waited, Mia tells him she also had other appointment to attend to, he asks her so what, after all he can pay her more than what she will make with all her other clients, and decides to call her but Mia tells him not to bother, and informs him the designer refused to make her gown.
Carlos can’t believe it, doesn’t she know who I am? Yolly invites Marilen and her family to her son party, initially she refuses but later accept to come, Marilen then inform Manuel about it, Mia begs Carlos not to get mad and informs him the designer suggested they buy a ready to wear gown, and tells him they should consider it since she will wear it only once, but he refuses and remind her he is an Antonio, he doesn’t want Mrs. Antonio to wear trash on their wedding, she tries to make him understand that they don’t have enough time, and he gets angry and accuses her of wanting to cancel the wedding, Mia tells him she only said they could not make her gown because they are out of time, Carlos reminds her he has the money to make anything happen, and if they need to work overtime, he will pay them, Mia tells him she knows he has money, he doesn’t have to keep telling her that, and reminds him that if he came earlier as they agreed he will have met the designer, then she would have explain to him the reason why she can’t design her wedding gown, Carlos tells her what would more embarrassing is that he could be arrested on that day, and tells her Gael wants to put him in jail on their wedding day, Eva decides to go look for Gael in the bathroom and sees him vomiting there, Carlos assures Mia their wedding will push through and no one can stop it, Marilen tells Manuel that she is scared Carlos or Lorenzo will get back to them, he tells her not to be and assures her they will face them as a family, the Lawyer informs Lorenzo that Marilen is the witness who saw Carlos at the hospital, Gael confesses to Eva that he tried so many times to forget about Mia but it didn’t work.
