Forevermore Episode 54
Xander takes drunk Kate to her hotel room and help her get to bed. She holds his hand and begs him not to leave her. Meg runs into Bettina in the hallway and chat with her about Agnes. Meg assures her Agnes won’t give up easily because she is a good kid. Bettina smiles and tells her she hopes so. Meg tells her Agnes reminds her of Betttina. Meg tells her Agnes will do everything so that their world accepts her to be with the one she loves. Agnes will do anything to prove to them that she deserve Xander’s love. Drew recalls his argument with Agnes; his aunt sees him and wonders why he is drinking. She asks what happen with Agnes this time. he tells her he is mad at her because she is playing Dumb. His aunt wonders if he is the smart one. She feels he is also acting dumb for Agnes. Drew tells her his case is different. Aunt tells her there are different ways to act all dumb. She wants him to accept that it is better to be a fool for love rather than just being a fool. He takes his phone and tries to call but she reminds him he is drunk. Many relationships have been ruined because of that. Drew tells he decided to drink to have the courage to call that person. Kate held unto Xander’s hand until she felt asleep, he sneaks out to receive Drew’s calls.
Buboy asks his daughter if she is sad because Xander is not around. He tries to cheer her up; he tells her she can do it because they have the blood of the Calays running through their vein. The Agnes is knows fight and never gives up. He tells her it is however unacceptable to let people belittle her. If that happen she has to fight and make a stand. Whether she is poor or rich, if someone tries to step on her dignity she must stand firm and fight. He manages to put a smile on his daughter. He gives her the menu for breakfast, she tells him it is exactly what she need. It will give her energy to work and they head to have breakfast. Kate wakes up and looks around and feels embarrassed. Agnes receives a warm good morning from the villagers. Marisol hands over her lunch to her. She also had a pack of food for her in case she has to work overtime. They understand what she is going through and tires to cheer her up. She is their hope and aspiration, if she fulfil her dreams, it is as if they have also succeeded. Agnes gets emotional and promises to do her best always. She promises to always carry La Presa in her heart. They have a group hug and sings before she leaves for work. Agnes runs into Meg, she is glad to see her she thought Agnes would not come again. Agnes wonders why. Meg tells her not to worry about what happen in Ms. Steph’s room.

Bettina joins them and takes the blames. She should have assigned a senior staff not Agnes. She apologizes to Agnes. Kate joins Alex and asks of Xander. Alex hasn’t seen him either, he though he will join him for breakfast but he did not show up. Kate takes the blame and tells Alex she invited him out last night. Alex notices she looks worried, she tells him she was very drunk last night and might have said something embarrassing. Alex ask her not to worry, they all have some drunken tales. Agnes tells Bettina there is nothing to be sorry about. She learnt from the accident that she needs to be more careful. She feels from learning there are different kinds of people you should get along with in the world. There are nice people and devilish ones as well. Meg start laughing, Bettina informs Agnes Steph doesn’t want to see her. Since she is an important client she is assigning her to more low profile job. She also informs her she will join her administrative staff in her office. Agnes has been assigns to the call center, the frog gives her instructions. She asks her to make sure there is someone around to pick the call before she goes out. She informs her she allowed to use her cellphone so she doesn’t get bored or end up sleeping. Meg joins Bettina in her office and wonder if it is the start for something good between her and Agnes.
Bettina tells her she still doesn’t like Agnes, but she agrees with Meg that she is being unfair to Agnes. She was clouded with the believes that Agnes was a hindrance to her deal with the Saavedras. But now that they are pushing through with the deal; she should not have any issue with Agnes. She feels she should be able to tolerate Agnes because she made Xander becomes a better person. Meg assures her Agnes is a good person and deserves a fair deal. Bettina is willing to give her that but if she becomes a hindrance to her plan with Xander. She will quickly take her out of the equation. Agnes enjoys her new post, she may be cleaning anymore but her mouth will surely hurt. Kate knocks at Xander’s room but he doesn’t answer until she leaves. Agnes phone hasn’t been ringing so she decides to make a call. Xander’s phone is off, so she decides to leave him a message. Few minutes later she checks her phone. To her disappointment superman hasn’t answered her, she wonder what happen to him.
