Fidel and Pedro are in the house where Gianna will be staying when she is discharged. Fidel feels Pedro transformed the ranch into the hospital. Pedro bought new bed and some medical equipment for her. Meanwhile, it is not confirm whether Fiorella and Gianna are returning to the ranch. Aitana mother admires her daughter ring; Dianna made some research online about her ring. She brags about the value of the ring, her father tells her it is only stone. The most important thing is to get married with Pedro. They quickly change the subject to Fiorella, Aitana tells them her father worked in the company till he died. Her father wants to have them investigated. He tells them he is going to use the information she sent him to make sure Pedro doesn’t have any excuse to cancel the wedding. They 2 doctors inform the squad, that Gianna needs a tranquil environment like the ranch. Gael and Pedro shake their head in approval while Vittorio doesn’t look happy. The doctor leaves while they make a decision, Fiorella asks Gianna to make her own decision. Gianna doesn’t know what to do, Fiorella asks her to take her time and think. Vittorio interrupts them, Pedro also comes in, Gael too, and Pedro tells them Gianna is returning to ranch. Vittorio refuses, Pedro informs Gianna about the room he sets up in the ranch to continue with her treatment. Gianna and Fiorella thank him; Fiorella wants to know what Vittorio thinks. Gianna wants to know if she will be there alone, Pedro tells ideally Fiorella should come with her. Fiorella requests to speak with Vittorio in private and they leave the room. Aitana tries to find more information about Fiorella’s father because Pedro told her he was a former employee.
Marin tells her he doesn’t remember any Bianchi working with them. Fidel startles Joaquina in the kitchen and brings her flowers to thank her for caring care of him. Simonetta walks in and teases them, thinking he is proposing to her. Vittorio refuses; he reminds her she is his fiancee. Fiorella tells her Gianna is her priority, moreover it will easy for her to stay at the ranch because of work. Vittorio won’t let her stay in the ranch, Fiorella reminds him he is her fiancé, he is not her mater and she is not his slave. Vittorio tells her Gianna would have been dead if not for him. Fiorella doesn’t deny it, but Gianna life is what matter, if Gianna has to go to the ranch, she won’t let her go alone. Julieta skype with Santino, he tells her their daughter is getting married in Rome. Gianna will continue with her old doctor treatment and will return to the ranch. Pedro wants to Eloisa about it, if Vittorio agrees. Fiorella tells him she takes decision concerning Gianna not Vittorio. If Eloisa agrees, they will return to the ranch, everyone smile expect Vittorio. Frederica hides under the table in the kitchen when she hears Fiorella and Simona. Fiorella tells her they might be moving back in the ranch, Pedro is yet to convince Eloisa and she hopes she accepts. She tells her about the medical equipment meant for Gianna. Simonetta want to know what will happen to the wedding with Vittorio. Fiorella doesn’t know but she wishes she can cancel the wedding. Julieta informs Sergio she is going to meet with Santino in Rome; Sergio doesn’t want her to go.
Marin informs Aitana he found only 2 Bianchi former employees of the company but the work here temporarily. Aitana can’t believe it and take the folder away from him. Frederica informs Dante about Gianna’s room. Dante had no idea about it; he tells her nothing comes and leaves the ranch without his knowledge. Frederica tells him about Fiorella intention to cancel her wedding with Vittorio. She decides to consult her card to know what next to do. When Eloisa finds out she will force Pedro to marry Aitana as soon as possible. She feels it can even be the following day which won’t favour them. She wants Pedro to suffer just like she did when she lost her father. She will make Fiorella marries Vittorio so she doesn’t enjoy her inheritance. Dante wonders how she intend to make Vittorio marry Fiorella, she tells him first he has to inform Eloisa about the room. Benito has decorated Roxana’s room with balloons, flowers and pictures. She enters and he follows her, she is glad he did all these for her. Well she is so happy that end up making love. Gael returns home and Eloisa questions him about his whereabouts last night. Gael receives a phone calls and leaves; Sergio shows up and tells her Gianna is in the hospital. She should be proud of Gael because he spent the whole night with her at the hospital. Eloisa recalls her conversation with Roxana and tries to go after Gael but Dante shows up. Dante takes her to Gianna room, Eloisa wonder who establish a hospital in her house without her knowledge.

Vittorio wants to ask Eloisa not to accept Fiorella back but Frederica tells no, She wants him to take action; Vittorio doesn’t know what to anymore. He did everything possible to convince her, Frederica tells him not to convince her but force Fiorella to marry him. She wants Vittorio to fake a terminal illness to oblige Fiorrella to marry him. Pedro joins Eloisa in the medical room as she requested and now has to answer some few questions. Eloisa wonders if Vittorio can provide the environment Gianna needs. Pedro tells her no he can’t, he rather changed her doctor and she almost died. Eloisa refuses to have her in her house; she suggests he takes her to a clinic. Pedro threatens to end his engagement with Aitana if she doesn’t accept Fiorella and Gianna back in the ranch. Frederica assures Vittorio Fiorella will never leave him when she found out he is sick. Vittorio thanks her but he can’t fake an illness to make her marry him. Eloisa agrees to have the girls back in the house, Pedro thank her. Eloisa asks him not to thank her because nothing comes for free. Now she makes her demands, she wants him to fix the date for the wedding today. Roxana and Benito cuddle after an afternoon delight, Joaquina knocks at the door.
Benito freaks out but Roxana tells him not to respond. Joaquina remembers she has the key and decides to open the door. Roxana then asks him to leave through the window. Benito comes out in his boxer holding his dress and meets Simonetta watering the flowers. Pedro gives the good news to Fiorella but forget to tell her at what expense.
Eloisa stands by her window and watch them hug. She is on the phone asking Osvaldo to find out what is happening between Gael and Gianna. Aitana comes to her accomplice to find out about her fiancé whereabouts. Eloisa tells her he went to the hospital with Fiorella and informs her they girls are coming back to the ranch. Aitana is pissed off but Eloisa tells her she has everything under control. Gianna has settles in her room; Pedro informs her Fiorella is also staying with her. Osvaldo asks Sonia if she has seen Gael he needs to talk to him. Pedro calls him to remind him about the stock meeting the following day. During their arguments, he hears Gael’s voice and requests to speak to him. Vittorio informs his lover he has to find a way to make Fiorella marry him as soon as possible. He tells her about the conversation he had with Frederica, Dianna feels it is a stupid idea. Frederica is pissed off the girls are back in the house.
Dante tells her about the deal Eloisa had with Pedro. Simonetta teases Pedro about seeing him coming out of Roxana’s room. Joaquin gets angry at him and tells him as a driver he has no right to go into his Roxana’s room. Osvaldo tells Gael Eloisa already know about his relationship with Gianna. He feels Roxana probably told her and warns him to end with Gianna. He won’t let Gael ruin his life because of Gianna and of course bully his little brother. Eloisa inform Aitana about the room Pedro set for Gianna and asks her not to confront him about it. Pedro comes out of Gianna’s room and meets with Vittorio at the entrance. Vittorio is pissed off because Gianna was discharge and brought to the ranch without his knowledge. Pedro asks him to leave because Gianna is asleep and he should not worry her. Vittorio won’t let Pedro tells him when he is supposed to see his fiancée; Pedro reminds him he is in his house and shows him the way.
