Damien visits Esmeralda and after Damien asks her why she wears a weird face. she tells him she is bored with him because everyone tried to hide from her. something that was very delicate concerning her dignity including even him (Damien). Damien then tells Esmeralda that they all did that just to protect her from scandal. but never meant to hurt her, she gets more angry and says to him that. she is tired everyone’s overprotecting her to the extent of concealing things from her always. meanwhile they keep saying they love her. Juan Gaza’s counselor calls for Esmeralda to come over. to defend herself from what is at stake but she prefers to go alone without even Pablo. Mariano or Damien no matter how much each of them try to convince. Pablo gets too much worried because Esmeralda prefers to go and see Juan Gaza’s counselor alone. after telling his mother, Lorenza behaves like she is so much worried about the situation. she tells Pablo not to allow Esmeralda to go alone because she is a decent lady. On the other hand, she ones again to Pablo that Esmeralda whiles he Pablo was in UK. Esmeralda came over one day to mention to her that.
he couldn’t bare the hunger she was experiencing so since she was really in need of money. if Pablo could recollect very well she almost got married to that Italian man. so it could be that it may be true what that Juan Gaza guy is saying about the children. Pablo as usual becomes so confused at his mother’s statement and had to ask his mum to stop saying those things. After, she again pretends to advice Pablo to trust. protect and be there for her no matter what so things can work between them successfully.[adinserter block=”10″] Fela takes the opportunity in Esmeralda’s visit to them to advise her not to have any resentment concerning they trying to conceal things from her. but the only reason why they do that is to protect her. that is what power of love does which is not to betray a loved one to unhappiness and troubles. She then tells Esmeralda not to feel like no one trusts her because if even a thousands of Juan Gazas comes up to claim ownership of the child. they will still trust in her knowing that Pablo is the only man of her life.

Silencioso at a point in time chose to distrust Damien after Pablo tells him that Damien accepted. that Esmeralda goes over to defend herself since her dignity is at stake. as he also believed that Damien had something to do with Juan Gaza. after Jarocha also tries to convince Silencioso on letting Esmeralda go to confront the counselor.that Juan Gaza, Silencioso comes back to his senses. thinks that is the right decision if Jarocha also is in support of Damien’s idea.Esmeralda goes to see Juan Gaza alone and upon reaching there. she questions him on who actually is paying him to destroy her life and that of her children’s. Juan Gaza then begins to laugh at her saying to her that.
the children’s father who she trusts so much does not even believe in her one bit because since he found out that another has shown up claiming the paternal rights of his children, he has always have some doubts. Whiles this conversation was ongoing, Pablo stood at the back-door eavesdropping their conversation. when Esmeralda was about to open the door, she and Pablo coincides and he quickly enters to hook him by the neck and Esmeralda runs to separate them. Pablo then in front of the counselor and Juan Gaza questions Esmeralda to deny before them that she doesn’t know Juan Gaza and that those children are not his (Juan Gaza) and suddenly Esmeralda knew that Pablo indeed never believe and trust in her dignity.
