Esmeralda tries to forcibly let Juan Gaza speaks out the truth and stop lying because those children are not his. After Juan Gaza’s attorney detects that, Esmeralda is not putting up with them to solve the situation amicably. he suggests that the matter be taking to court to solve things there so his client can take his children. Juan Gaza accepts it right there and says that he is ready to go any extra mile to claim paternity of his children. Esmeralda continues to beg the attorney not take the matter to court because all what that man is saying are lies.
Pablo goes to see Victoria and they decide to work together as two great painters with Pablo going to be his teacher. She goes out Pablo into the Valley del Bravo. Esmeralda goes home and she carries her child and starts to shed painful tears. she says to them that, it will be over her dead body for her to allow that Juan Gaza guy to take them away from her.
she is going to run away with them and doesn’t care if that coward Pablo refuses to stay with her in all those problems. Garabato goes to see Gisela to question her on why she is not doing anything to help him destroy [adinserter block=”10″]Esmeralda and Pablo’s life. since that Juan Gaza guy has made it known to him that their families are responsible for killing his parents and made him homeless.Gisela then tells him that, she has already made plans that will be executed by them. all she asks from him is to be remain secretive and the plan. they will be going to the Valley del Bravo the next day and Pablo will be right there and he Garabato will kill him. Immediately Garabato left her, she swears to herself that, if Pablo can’t be hers, then he won’t end up with anyone. Mariano and Damien deliver the information to Silencioso and his family. they inform them Juan Gaza has already taking the situation to court. the trial will be starting in few days to come. Esmeralda gets furious because Pablo wasn’t with them when they went to the attorney’s office.
Mariano tells her that Pablo has left valley Del bravo. he decided to distance himself for a while due to rude attitude of Esmeralda distancing herself from him too. Mariano and Damien goes to the office right after delivering the information to the them and immediately they got to the office. the judge calls them that, the trial is starting that same day. It comes as a shock to them, since they thought they were going to gather evidences to prove Juan Gaza wrong. this is the case everything has come so sudden within that same day. The two depart and Damien goes home to give the sudden news to Esmeralda. they all receive the news with great emotional sentiment whiles Mariano goes to the court to ask the judges on why they never gave them enough time prepare. Damien later joins Mariano also in court and after pleading with the judge to postpone the date for the trail. he will not give heed to their plea and still insists that trial will take place.
Mariano tries everything possible reaching out to Pablo to inform her but no one answers the call since at that same time. he (Pablo) has also left with victoria to valley del bravo to teach her give her some teachings on paintings. he has left his phone in the house. The trial begins and Juan Gaza brings out his witnesses. to the surprise of Esmeralda and her love ones grows so shock to know that she was a neighbor from the garbage dump who known to be a gossip and a friend to Mrs. Rita. Gisela and Garabato also go after Pablo and victoria to execute their plan as arranged. Gisela orders Garabato to shoot him but he never have the courage. Gisela threatens to kill him but he will still not shoot Pablo. Gisela takes the gun from him and shot pablo in the head and he fell down and hit his head a stone.
