Augustin enters the office and wonders if he is going to let things end this way. Arturo is only concerned because Julia things this way of him. David and Regina have a meeting with a guy concerning the project. They smooch after the meeting. Augustin tells him Julia’s opinion about him should not matter. Does he think he will be able to win her over again? Arturo doesn’t know but there is no harm in trying. Augustin reminds him that Julia is happy in her marriage. Clara informs Francisco about Maribel situation, he tells her to count on him if she needs anything. Franco walks on them hugging, he rudely send Clara away. Francisco feels he should have at least asks her what wrong. Franco tells him what for, if he is already consoling her. Franco tries to be bossy on him but he reminds him he only take orders from Eladio. David and Regina return to her bedroom to continue from where they left in the restaurant. He holds her hand and try and drag her away, David defend her and end up throwing punches at each other. Joshua raises the table and spills red wine on Regina dress. Joshua is taken away, David apologizes and thanks everyone. He gives his award and check to Regina and leaves. Regina apologizes but one of the judges angrily tells her not to worry, the program has already ended.
They all leave, except Regina, a reporter still around taking pictures. David runs into Joshua and asks him to leave, Joshua asks him not to interfere. They start fighting again, Joshua decides to leave but threaten him. Regina joins him and thanks him for defending her; he assures her he isn’t a violent man. She is sad; Joshua interrupted the program and feels responsible. David consoles her and they start kissing, Julia and Eladio walk in the hotel. Eladio goes to the reception for enquiry, Julia turns and sees them kissing. She intentionally takes Eladio away to prevent him from seeing them. Regina leaves to her room to change her dress; Julia now calls David to join them. Consuelo thanks Erick for coming with her to see the doctor. He tells her she is in good health and nothing stops her from her getting pregnant. He tells him no, he is a healthy man and doesn’t understand why his wife is not getting pregnant. The doctor advises they stop stressing and take thing easy. Erick repeats the doctor’s word to his wife. She tells him she knows how important it is for him to give his father a grandchild.

Julia hopes it isn’t because Franco comes from a poor family. He tells her no because he also come from a poor family yet married her. She begs him and asks him to at least think about it. Consuelo updates Miguel about the result, Erick took it well. They decided to take thing easy from now on, Miguel wonders if they decided or Erick did. Franco doesn’t want David to work in the company because he wants to have it all. He updates Marinita on what to do and who to look out for. Gisela visits her daughter in jail. Caridad gives her a letter to be handed over to her son Franco. Julia shows her cellphone to David and request they take a selfie. Eladio receives a phone and leaves the table. Julia informs her son she saw him kissing a lady. she feels she knows her but doesn’t remember where. He tells her they are working together. Julia is glad and hopes he will introduce her. David wants to know if she will accept his woman no matter what. As long as he is happy and she is a good woman, Julia will have no problem with her. Eladio wants David to start working with him at the company.
Franco gets angry because Francisco bought coffee in his office. He takes the coffee and puts it in the dustbin, Francisco warns him to respect his space. David thanks his father but at the moment he can’t. Joshua shows up at the Montenegro’s mansion again. Daniella tells him her father will kill him if he sees him here.
