Gaby barges into Julia’s office without knocking, Julia quickly returns to her seat. Gaby first apologizes then informs her Franco is on his way and leaves. Julia wants Arturo to leave, he also want to know what she wanted to tell him. Julia promises to tell him they next time they meet. Erick apologizes to Consuelo; he tells her he loves her smell. Consuelo doesn’t know how to behave around him anymore. He tells her not to be jealous and stop about her obsession on getting pregnant. He tries to be nice; he tells her he wants to make their marriage work. He even suggests therapy; Consuelo is fooled and thanks him. As soon as she leaves the room he sends the message to Monserrat. Franco tells Julia Eladio asks him to check on her to see if she needs anything. Julia is pissed off and wonders he has started following her now; well she needs nothing and adjusts her make up. As soon as he leaves, she thanks Gaby for informing her about his visit. Gaby wants to know if Arturo agrees to have the DNA test, Julia couldn’t ask him. Julia feels she made a mistake by asking him to come over and now she realized that the love they feel for each has become stronger. The wedding gift have started coming and Regina is furious. She calls Joshua and asks him to come to her house immediately. Nina comes downstairs and sees the wedding gifts, she wonder what is going on. Regina wants to know if she cancel her wedding, Nina makes excuses, Arturo comes in. he reminds her he specifically ask her to cancel the wedding. She only cares about herself and he doesn’t understand how he could have married her.
Gaby can’t believe Julia still loves Arturo after so many years. Julia tells Gaby she married Eladio to get back at Arturo for betraying her. She admits she made a mistake and she is now paying for it. She knows they can’t be together again because they are both married now. Gaby wonders what will be Eladio reaction when he finds out she met with Arturo. Julia tells her he will kill her but Gaby disagrees. Gaby advises her to be careful and forget about Arturo. Julia can’t because when she saw him she felt like a teenager in love. She asks her niece not to worry because she is fully aware of the consequences. She can’t put everything at risk especially for her son. Gaby wants to know if she will still ask Arturo for the DNA test, Julia tells her no. Arturo takes it hard on Nina; he tells her she pays no attention to her children and what happen in the house. She tells him it is also his children and his house, Arturo promised to make some changes. However he can’t divide himself into 4, Nina can’t believe after so many years of marriage. Today he comes here accusing her of doing everything wrong. Daniella joins them, Arturo asks her not to interfere. Nina tells her she doesn’t know what happen to her father but everything she does seem wrong to him. Daniella asks her mother if she really didn’t cancel the wedding. Regina asks her not to interfere because she is so sure Daniella has something to do with it. Daniella tells her she knows nothing, just at that moment Pedro arrives with a new gift. Nina sent her to the kitchen and wants to know why Arturo has been hard on her lately. Arturo tells her he now realized that he wanted a family when he got married. But his wife behaves like she is still single. His children have no rules or regulations; Nina reminds him it is also his duties to educate them.
Arturo knows he also failed, but he is trying to make amend. Arturo leaves and Nina blames Regina. Regina tells her mother Daniella has something to do with the invitation. Daniella denies and reminds her the invitation card are with Joshua and leaves. Nina warns Regina and leaves, Regina takes her frustration on the gift. She starts destroying them when Joshua arrives. Arturo informs Augustin about the conversation he had with Julia though he leaves the kiss out. Augustin reminds him he is cause for Julia suffering in her marriage. Arturo is determined to make it up to Julia by destroying Eladio. Joshua lies to Regina that he sends the invitation out before she went to Queretaro. He thought she will forgive him and get back to him. He confesses to her it was Daniella idea, Regina calls him imbecile. She informs him she is going to cancel the wedding. She doesn’t care about what people will say and kicks him out of her house. She quickly calls the wedding planner and asks him to cancel everything. Augustin tells Arturo he is going crazy, he reminds him it is one thing to beat Eladio in business. And other things to beat him over Julia, Arturo wonder if he won’t do anything for the woman he loves. Augustin reminds him he is married and should think about Nina. Arturo informs him Julia couldn’t tell him why she called him because they were interrupted. He has decided to see her again and Augustin will be his middle man. Arturo felt like a teenager when he saw Julia again. Regina tells Daniella she spoke with Joshua and he confirms it was her idea. Daniella tells him she was joking; if he took her seriously she is not to be blamed.
Regina receives a phone call and leaves. Erick meets some corrupt businessman; the man offers to reward him generously if he ensures his father loses the bidding on a project. Erick is a bit scared because his father may find out but they assure it won’t happen. He decides to think about it and give them his answer by tomorrow. Monserrat calls him and wonder how they meeting went. He tells her he just had his first meeting, Monserrat wants to him to accept the deal. She reminds him there is a lot of cash involved, moreover when he becomes self-reliance Arturo opinion won’t matter anymore. She tells him she doesn’t want to depend on Eladio anymore. Erick informs her he already receive an advance payment. She is glad and invites him over for a reward. Arturo apologizes to Nina; he tells her he was stressed. Nina tells he had no idea how he hurt her because she loves him. Regina informs David the invitation was Daniella idea and tells him she is not getting married. Arturo reminds Daniella she is grounded and not allowed to go out. Nina wants to know why Daniella told Joshua to distribute the wedding invitation. She feels Daniella should have informed her so they plan it well. Daniella suggests they forget about it because it has already happen. Nina won’t because her action affected her relationship with her father. Erick gives the check to Monserrat; she tells him it is not enough money. Erick promises to give her more in some few months. Consuelo is determined to hack her husband computer to find out about his lover. As soon as Miguel leaves she checks the calendar on her phone.
Gaby and Franco arrive at the same restaurant where Regina and David are. David sees them first and hides under the table. They walk pass them and Regina notices he is hiding from them. Julia returns home, Eladio asks her where she is coming from. She tells him from the foundation as always. If he doubts her he can call his spy Franco to find out. Eladio tells her it is her fault he has changed. She meets him downstairs and reproaches him for getting her father involve in their arguments. Eladio gets her bag and hold her violently. Julia warns him she will no longer allow him to abuse her. She finally says the word, she wants a divorce. Daniella tries to sneaks out but Pedro reminds her she is grounded and not allowed to leave the house. Arturo orders, Daniella tries to bribe her but she refuses.
