Javier on the hand is up to no good, he is trying to destroy the wall of the reservoir. Humberto goes to his house to confront Valeria about the conversation he had with Christobal. It is shame for her to blame Christobal and accuses him for being for the father of her child. Valeria tells him she is tired of his complaints, he is always criticizing her. He never had anything positive thing to say about her. Humberto tells her it is because she is always doing the wrong things. What he doesn’t understand is how come she had an affair with Abelardo. Prudencia asks him how he gets to know, did Christobal tell him. Valeria shouts on her to keep quiet and tells her all this happen because of her. Valeria blames Prudencia but Humberto asks her to stop and tells her not to blame her mother. He asks Valeria to take responsibility for her action once in her life. Even though Prudencia is also guilty for covering up for her and asks her if she is knows about it. Valeria yells at him that if he wants to help her if should tell her how to get rid of this child. Humberto asks her not to think of having an abortion. It is dangerous for her life but Valeria refuses to listen.
Someone sees Javier in the deep around the reservoir and fires at him but Javier speed off. Emmanuel and Lola tries to cheer Aldonza up on their way home but don’t succeed. She tells them, she feel emptiness in her despite having found Emmanuel her brother. Don Camilo and the guy who shot at Javier interrupt their conversation and inform them about the reservoir. Javier joins Severiano at the bar and informs him he had already done the done. However he couldn’t complete it because someone saw him and started shooting at him. Severiano gives the car to him as his reward and tells him to still follow Aldonza moves and report to him. Aldonza and the rest come to the dam to see the damage. Emmanuel tells them it is only one person who will be capable of doing this. He tries to run off but Aldonza stops him. She doesn’t want him to confront Severiano, he is a murder and she doesn’t want him to get hurt. She asks them to calm down; tomorrow they will inform Renato about it. Christobal comes to bar to have a drink but decides to leave when he sees him father. Severiano stops him and asks him to join him. Aldonza asks Emmanuel and Lola if they know why Christobal wanted to talk to her. They both say no, she tells them to tell Christobal she isn’t in if he comes looking for her tomorrow. He blames her for making Silvia leave Santa Lucia. Prudencia laugh then denies his claim; Tomas gets angry and admits he made of lot of mistake. But at least he was able to admit his mistake; he went to Humberto to inform him for having an affair with his wife. Prudencia tells him she loves him and tries to touch him but he refuses. He wants her to confess what she did to Silvia; she goes on her knee and asks him to forgive her. She did it for love; she didn’t want to lose him. She tells him she will compensate him and goes for her checkbook and tells him she is a changed person. He tells her since she is a change person; he will go with her to the Lago family. Irma and Uriel want to go with Mari so she can confess to Lola. Tomas comes in just at the time they were about to leave.
