Olinto tells Hernan the bad news that all the refrigerators are broken; according to him they were properly working yesterday when he closed out the factory like he always does. Hernan reproaches Olinto of rushing off to the Singles Mingle and neglecting his responsibilities of shutting down the factory properly. Hernan blames Olinto for the accident and fire him. La Tempestad crew brings fish to the packing company and meet furious Hernan, he tells them Damian is nowhere, Damian is his employee he need to ask him permission before he take a day off he picks on Bagre, Oso and Lagarto and tells them they’re fired.
Marina and Damián spend a beautiful day together, they go shopping, eat at a restaurant, she makes him promise that he will always tell her the truth and always love her and Damian swears he will only live to make her happy, they laugh and kiss. The ambulance arrives and Beatrice is wheeled out of the house. Hernan shows up and Rebecca tells him what happened to Beatrice and she wasn’t able to get a hold of Marina. Jose informs Mercedes that Beatrice is in the hospital, Marina doesn’t know about her situation, they have no idea where she is at the moment Mercedes decide to call Beatrice old doctor and inform him.
Back at Mercedes club Ernesto want to talk to Magdalena outside but Hector refuses. Beatrice wakes up and gasps for Marina Rebecca finally gives Hernan the address of the love shack and he quickly rush over there. Beatrice old doctor shows up and informs them that Beatrice needs to be transferred to the DF, he tells Rebecca to get Marina as soon as possible and they should prepare for the worst. Marina and Damian get back to the love shack and Marina remembers she left her purse at the restaurant.
Damian decide to go get it, Hernan arrives and informs her that Rebecca sent him, Beatrice is dying he want them to leave as soon as possible but Marina doesn’t want to leave without informing Damian. Magdalena wants to go with Mercedes to visit her “sick friend”. Mercy finally agrees but then wonders how she’s going to keep her two daughters apart. Damian gets back and the caretaker tells him Marian left with a guy called Hernan, Marina arrives to the hospital and Rebecca tells her hat Beatrice is fighting for her life, the doctor tells Marina Beatrice is not dying and of course she can see her, Hernan goes in with her, Damian gets home and reads the paper, he sees Hernan’s mug and is interrupted by his crew. He tells them the Hernan came for Marina from the love shack; they explain to him what happen to Beatrice.
Damian goes to the local hospital and the doctor tells him Beatrice went to a private hospital and warns Damian about making a scene. Beatrice on her hospital bed and says she prayed for just a little more time with Marina. She has something very important to tell Marina.
