Bridges of Love Episode 101
Carlos loses all the 5 million he borrowed to continue the game, he now accuses them of cheating. He angrily storms out only to be beaten up again by the man he borrowed from but he promises him to pay him back. They tie him up and beat him for borrowing money when he knows he can’t pay back, he begs and asks for more time to pay back. They put his legs in water and try to electrocute him, he cries and promise them to pay back. Gael and Marilen hears some noise outside, Gael goes to check only to see tortured Carlos on the floor. They quickly rush him to the hospital, Mia later joins them. Gael tells her he saw him at the gate. They have no idea what they did to him. Mia stays at the Nakpil house to take care of Carlos. He finally opens his eyes but asks her not to touch him, he doesn’t need her pity. She sits beside him and tells him he is wrong and begs him to drink his tea. She tells him she hopes he won’t ask her to leave, because she won’t leave him. Alexa lawyer hands over some documents to her and informs her that once he submit them. Everything she took from the Antonio’s will be returned to them.
Abner tells her it is time for her to let go of all the hatred she feels for the Antonio. Carlos walks pass Mia and goes to the door, but he meets some guards at the door. Mia informs him she had made some snacks for him; he closes the door and asks her about the guards. He asks her if they are preventing him from going out, she tells him no. Gael is only protecting everyone; he wants everyone to be safe. When he was in the hospital, Tres came home and noticed that people were spying on the house. Lorenzo lawyer informs him about Alexa’s decision and hand over the documents to him. He asks his lawyer if she really did that, the lawyer tells him she transferred everything back to Carlos. Lorenzo says to himself, it is time he sees his son again. Mia and Gael chit chat about her wellbeing, since she just lost her mother. She admits it is a bit difficult but she is hanging there and decides to go check on Carlos. Manuel meets his Carlos on his way out, he offers to go with him just in case of everything but Carlos refuses. Gael and Mia join them and Gael asks him where he is going and calls him JR. Carlos reminds him he is Carlos not JR, and tells him he needs to use his car again. Gael tells Manuel he will go with Carlos, Carlos refuses and tells him he only needs his car not him. Gael reminds him he can’t drive in his condition; Mia intervenes and asks Carlos to allow Gael to accompany him. Gael refuses to give him the car keys, he decides to leave without the car but Mia begs him to listen to her. Carlos starts again with rude behavior, he needs to go, he doesn’t want to a prisoner in their house. Manuel comes closer and assures him they are only protecting him and tries to touch him. Carlos pushes him so hard that the old man loses balance an almost fall if not for the help of Gael. Gael gets angry but Mia begs him to calm down and holds Carlos to prevent a fight. Marilen and Tres hear the noise and join them downstairs to see what is going on. Manuel loses and confronts Carlos, and reminds him even if they sold him as he always claims, and blames it on them. They also suffered the consequences for the past 20 years. He blames them for what happened in his life, but he had a good life, he was raised in money but they only paid for what happened in his life in misery. Gael tries to stop Manuel but Manuel tells him he is not done, Carlos tells Manuel he never asked them to do anything for him. Manuel agrees he dint but they put up with him because they love him. Marilen orders all of them to stop and cries, but Carlos keeps on talking. He rudely tells them he is leaving their house and goes upstairs to pack his stuffs, Mia runs after him. To make matters worse, Lorenzo walks in and demands to see his son Carlos, then starts shouting Carlos’s name. Gael tells him it is not the right time, but Lorenzo keeps shouting Carlos’s name. Marilen begs Lorenzo to stop; they don’t want to have any more problems with him because they are already messed up. Lorenzo tells her he has no intention to make any trouble, he only came to take his son home. Manuel asks him if he doesn’t think he has already spent enough timer with Carlos. Lorenzo tells him he has no right to say such a thing, and reminds him how he treated JR. Carlos and Mia join them downstairs and Carlos calls Lorenzo dad. Manuel orders Lorenzo to leave his house before he does something and tells him they are his family.
Lorenzo asks Carlos to decide who he wants to stay with, and informs that Alexa returned everything back to them then tries to convince him to come with him. Marilen cries and begs Carlos not to give up on them. Carlos looks so confused at this point, Mia asks him to give another chance to his family. Carlos decides to leaves with Lorenzo, Marilen walks towards him and hugs him. Gael asks him to always remember that in this house, he is being love unconditionally, and reminds him that they are his family. Lorenzo updates his son on the progress of Antonio Holding and informs him he is going to the new president. Gael tries to cheer his family up; he asks them to accept Carlos decision. Mia promises them to do everything possible to bring JR back to them and advises them not to lose hope. Carlos recalls the time he spent with his family. Lorenzo henchmen visit him at home and blackmail him but Lorenzo reminds them of who he is and threatens them. Lorenzo made his people locate the guy who beat Carlos up and brought him to house to give him the same beaten he gave Carlos. Carlos asks him to release him, and tells him whatever problem he has it the man, it is his problem. Lorenzo tells him he didn’t become an Antonio to be beaten up, and no nothing. Lorenzo asks Vida to organize a welcome party for Carlos. Lorenzo henchmen send a picture of when they were dragging Muloy’s death body out to Carlos. Carlos calls back the number to ask him if they know something about Muloy’s death. They tell him if he wants know what really happen, he should follow their instructions.
