Shadows Of The Past Episode 126
Father Jeronimo gets to El Santuario and notices that Emmanuel isn’t home with Aldonza. She asks him not to worry he just went to ride Soliatrio, moreover he can’t always be around her. He informs her about his intention to have a mass for her parent, he asks her to try and forgive her mother. He respects her decision about the ashes of her father and Adelina but he wants to know what of her mother. She agrees to have to mass but she doesn’t want anything big, he tells her Emmanuel presence is also necessary. She agrees then asks him about the autopsy, he thinks it is ready but he doesn’t have the details. He will find out and let her know, Emmanuel shows up and the priest reproaches him for leaving Aldonza alone. Emmanuel tells him about the dead body he found. The priest wants to know who body it was but he says he doesn’t know. The body is decomposed so it is very hard to say whether it was a man or woman. The priest begs him not to say anything to Aldonza. she is already in a bad shape because of Adelina’s death. He doesn’t want to also worry about whose body was found, he asks Emmanuel to always be by Aldonza side. He doesn’t want Severiano to molest and hurt her anymore. Pato returns to the office and Mari asks him about his relationship with Lola.
He tells her things are fine but she doubt and decides to hug him. Renato walks on them and apologies for disturbing them, he opens Silvia’s office but she isn’t there. Mari informs him Tomas came to pick her up for a picnic. Aldonza leads Emmanuel to his room and have a chit chat with him; she thanks him for staying with her. She informs him about Humberto intention to put El Santuario in their names but she has decided to put it in his name. Lola joins them in the room and Aldonza informs her he will be staying with them. Lola tries to so hard not to make it obvious that she is glad to have him around. Emmanuel thanks Veronica for everything they did for him, the job and other stuff. Valeria notices that Severiano is standing right in front of her room. She stands in front of her bed and invites him in; he comes in gives her dirty look and decides to leave. She holds him back and asks him not to leave; he asks her if she is doing this because of their deal. He threatens her to make sure El Santuario is in his name if not he will tell the truth to Christobal. Valeria closes his mouth and assures him it won’t happen, he asks for one reason.
She tells him he will have El Santuario but now he can have her and kisses him. She stops then closes her door and they resume kissing which leads them to the bed. The priest joins Christobal in the church and asks him if he is feeling bad because he still hasn’t resolved his problem with Aldonza. He says yes, he understands how she feels but it hurt him to know that Aldonza sees him as his father. The priest assures him that it is not true, Aldonza loves him very much but she is a bit mess up about her feeling. Especially after what she endured in his father’s hand, Christobal agrees and tells him how bad he hates Severiano. He has lost the respect a son should have for his father. The priest reminds him that no matter what happen Severiano is still his father and he carries his blood. After their love making session, Valeria kisses Severiano heads and tells him she loves him and refers to him as uncle. He leaves her room and runs into Dominga at the hallway, she stops and watches him. He asks her if she got lost or what, she says no and takes Candela’s water to her. Lola and Emmanuel have a moment in his room. He informs her that he broke up with Veronica and she took the news very well. He also informs her Veronica and her uncle is leaving Santa Lucia the following day.
She leaves his room and hears Aldonza crying, she reaches her door but on a second thought she decides not to disturb her. She returns to Emmanuel door and blows him a kiss then goes in her room. Dominga helps Candela with her drugs; Dominga asks her if she is feeling bad. She says no, she was thinking about Raymundo, and asks her if she know exactly how he died. She tells him just like everyone she knows he died in an accident. Candela wishes her goodnight but before she leaves, Dominga made sure she informs her she saw her husband coming out of Valeria’s bedroom. Melesio finally remembers the name of Candy house story and wish he can find out what happen to their love story.[adinserter block=”10″] He can’t ask Marga directly because it will be an indiscretion, Dominga then suggests they use Lola. Valeria shows up at El Santuario and meets with Lola, Emmanuel and Aldonza on their way out. Aldonza asks her what she wants; Valeria tells her she is surely not here to present her condolence about her aunt. Lola tries to defend Aldonza but she holds her back. She tells Aldonza she came to talk to her about El Santuario, Emmanuel intervenes but she asks him not to interfere.
She tells Aldonza she wants to know how she was able to convince her father to give it to her. And asks her is she gone to bed with him but Emmanuel intervenes again and yells at her to stop. She won’t allow them to have their way and warns Aldonza not to accept it if not she and her brother will suffer the consequences. She will rather die than to allow them take what her father promise to give it to her son. Severiano enters Valeria’s room and sees Candela inspecting her nightie. She tells him she isn’t doing anything and asks him if he knows where she went. He says no, she tells him she knows they were together last night. Severiano denies it; Candela tells him it is time for Valeria to return to her house. Severiano reminds her that she is pregnant and needs to stay in the son father house. Father Jeronimo tells Aldonza Christobal is very sad because he thinks she hates him. She assures him that she doesn’t, their love is impossible just like her father and aunt. Christobal is the love of her life and he will always be.
Valeria enters Severiano’s office and tells him about her confrontation with Aldonza. She gets closer to him and tries to kiss him but she stops her, she asks him not to worry nobody is coming. He grabs her hand and tells her he is not going to be part of her lies anymore. She asks him if he is going to tell them her child isn’t Christobal. he tells her he is going to give the opportunity to get rid of the child. He won’t let her get closer to his son anymore; she is not the type of woman for him. She asks him if what happen between them last means nothing to him. He laughs and tells it only confirmed she is a prostitute, who doesn’t even deserve the air she breathes. She tries to slap him but he holds her back, she starts struggling with him to let her go. Candela joins them and asks them what is happening, Severiano tells her nothing. He was only telling Valeria it is time for her to return to her house and she understood perfectly.
Severiano asks Javier if he knows where Aldonza live, he says yes at El Santuario. Severiano asks him to watch her every move and report to him immediately. The doctor hands over Simonetta autopsy to the inspector and tells him she was a woman. She died after a blow on her head and she was also pregnant. Dominga returns from the Mass, she tells Candela the priest wanted to have the mass for his family before he leaves. She tells Dominga how he can leave without telling her, Dominga says she doesn’t know. Severiano walks in and hears her complaining about it, he gets angry and yells at her for having a relationship with the priest. Candela yells back and tells him she has always been in love with the priest. She will love him till she dies; Severiano loses it and slaps her on both cheeks. Candela falls on the floor, holds her neck and cries.
