Magdalena freaks out but Botel assures her nothing will happen. Aaron will soon commit another crime and he will be back to jail again. Daniel has a second plan in case Virginia decides to betray him again. Martin wants Veronica to tell him what she is up to but she asks him to trust her. They end up vowing to love each other until deaths do them apart. She kisses him before leaving the house to meet with Daniel. Pablo tries to convince Julio to help him. Julio reminds him that he did it once and Pablo ended up hurting her. Pablo tells him what matters now is to find Ana Perla. Ana Perla cries over her so called broken heart, she feels Pablo betrayed her. She recalls some good time with him, their wedding and cries alone in Blanquita’s apartment. Aaron follows Veronica in a taxi. Jorge is all alone in the house. He agrees with his father when he said one always end up alone in his old age. Veronica meets with Daniel as agreed, he came with the box as promised. He also came with the recording. Veronica wants to know if she also confesses to Matilde’s murder. Daniel has another plan, he will make Virginia confess to Matilde crime over the phone and Veronica will be able to listen it on the phone. Veronica doesn’t buy it; he told her he already has the evidence.

She tells him the place she wants to re-model will be used to display Veronica’s collection. She also gives him some few ideas about how she intends to advertise the collection. Daniel convinces her to stay and make her listen to the recording. He asks her to wait at another table and gives the earpiece to her to enable her to listen to his conversation with Virginia. She takes the box along and sits on another table. Martin and Rebecca make a toast, Rebecca like the wine for its intensity. She lets Martin knows she also like to live her life, full of intensity. Martin notices it that, he feels she is daring and he likes it. He makes it clear to her that he is in love with his wife and has no intention to cheat on her. Virginia shows up at the restaurant to meet with Daniel. Rebecca also assures Martin she is not a husband snatcher and has no intention of becoming a mistress. She admires Veronica and her work. They end up talking business and she gives him more information about the house. Martin tells her he can’t imagine his life without Veronica. Arturo and Blanquita admire the star. He tells her about his past, he came to the city because he was hungry. Blanquita never went hungry because her father always made sure they had something to eat. Joaquin assures his family everything will be fine. Daniel and Virginia manage to fool Veronica, Virginia laugh and confesses that she killed Matilde.

Virginia joins Daniel and they decide to follow Veronica. The third party shows up at the entrance of the restaurant and kidnap Veronica at gun point. Aaron is around and witnesses the whole things. Veronica mistakenly drops her phone in the process. Aaron sees Virginia and Daniel going after Veronica and the kidnapper. A guy sees the phone on the floor and takes it without Aaron noticing it. Julio has finally agrees to help Pablo to search for Ana Perla. They question a man and he tells them he saw a lady joining a truck to the city that very night. Emiliano comes home and sees his father crying over Salma’s picture. Martin tries to call Veronica but no response. Magdalena feels something must be wrong with Veronica. Martin asks her to calm down and tries to call her again. Veronica refuses to drive until the kidnapper tells her where they are going. The lady uses the gun and knocks her down. Veronica collapses; she moves her to the passenger’s seat and drives the car. Daniel and Virginia are right behind them. Botel tries to calm Martin and Magdalena down but doesn’t succeed. Martin decides to call Jorge. Emiliano and Jorge spent more time together as father and son. Martin calls Emiliano but he refuses to pick, Jorge advises he does. Martin informs them that Veronica is nowhere to be found and she is not picking her call. Veronica wakes up and tries to beg the lady, the lady yells at her to keep quiet. Veronica tries to stop the car while the kidnapper drives. They start struggling with her over the wheel, until the car summersault and explode. Virginia and Daniel stay in their car and watch the car burn into the ashes.
The police offer show up at the accident scene. Blanquita consoles her prince charming; she never imagines that he has suffered so much in life. Arturo proposes to Blanquita without a ring. Joaquin takes his family to their new home. The police call for back up, the person involve in the accident was a woman. They see Veronica bag and her V. Pendant necklace. They open it and see her ID card. Emiliano also notices that Virginia has also disappeared. He changes the subject and wants to know more about Rebecca. He confesses to his father that he likes her but Rebecca showed interest in Martin. Jorge doubt Martin will pay attention to her. He advises his son to try his luck if he is interested in Rebecca. Blanquita turns down Arturo’s proposal. She loves him but wants to concentrate on her career. Arturo is willing to wait until she is done. After all he isn’t asking her to marry him the following day. One body is loaded into the van. Blanquita advise Ana Perla to speak with Pablo. Ana Perla refuses she doesn’t want to suffer anymore. The inspector comes to Martin’s house and informs them about Veronica’s accident.
