Magdalena rushes into Botel’s arm for comfort while Martin stands still. The inspector informs them that the car exploded. Magdalena cries and wants more information. He suggests they follow him to the accident scene. Manuel drinks and recalls his making out session with Virginia. He feels Virginia is his woman. Joaquin and his wife discuss about their daughter. Joaquin trust his daughter and he is sure she will make them proud. They change the subject and talk about Manuel evil deed. Virginia returns home very late and Jorge questions her. Jorge notices her dirty boots; she lies and tells him she went for a walk. She quickly changes the subject and thanks him for worrying about her. Jorge wonders if she knows about her mother whereabouts. Virginia thinks she may be at a friend’s place or the club. Jorge tells her Salma left home with Nicolas. Martin and the others arrive at the accident scene. They inform them about the death of Veronica, Magdalena collapses in Botel’s arms. Veronica body has been taken to the morgue; Martin refuses to believe and cries. Virginia starts calling Salma name; she feels Salma has no shame. She is ashamed to be called her daughter, she is glad Salma left. Jorge reminds her that Salma is still her mother. Jorge asks Emiliano if he has heard from Veronica and suggests Emiliano calls her. Emiliano prefers to wait till the following day because it is a bit late. Pablo, Julio and Lucia have dinner and chit chat about Ana Perla.
Pablo always knew he was a good man. Julio tells him he made the woman he loves suffer, Pablo tells him what he feels is an obsession. Julio doesn’t except Ana Perla to love him back, he is already in love in her. What he wants to have her around her and make her happy. Lucia tries to end the confrontation but Julio pays no attention to her. He warns Pablo not to make Ana Perla share any tears if not he will capable of doing anything to him. Speaking of Ana Perla, she dreams that Pablo asks for forgiveness and she forgave him. They end up making love in the garden, she wakes up and cries. Virginia is glad Salma left home, now she has Jorge and Emiliano all by herself. She removes her boots and smiles. Magdalena cries uncontrollably at the morgue. Martin on the other hand refuses to believe that his wife his dead and request to see the body. The doctor informs them that the body is completely burnt but they were able to recover her belongings. Botel consoles Magdalena while Martin still refuses to believe she is dead and cries. The guy who took Veronica’s phone on the floor comes to Aaron new apartment and sell it to Chelas. Mariana informs Pablo that the gallery owner got him his residency permit to study in New York for 2 years. The doctor asks Martin to sign the document so they can prepare Veronica’s death certificate. He also asks them to go home and do the necessary preparation to have her body move. Martin holds his head and cries. Pablo thanks Mariana and feels it is good opportunity. He accepts to relocate in New York on condition that Ana Perla is come with him.
Mariana tells him it is impossible and starts insulting Ana Perla. Julio, Lucia and Pablo defend Ana Perla. Julio feels she should be ashamed for throwing herself on Pablo. Mariana gets angry and tries to slap him but he holds her back. Virginia recalls the accident and feels things didn’t turn out as they wanted. However she glad about the outcome. Chelas finally unlock his new phone and tells Aaron it belongs to someone called Veronica. Aaron takes it from him and goes through it.[adinserter block=”10″] They see the last video on the phone. Virginia and Daniel conversation, he recognizes them and now realized why they kidnap Veronica. Aaron wants to find out more about Virginia. Lucia requests to speak to Mariana alone and asks the boys to leave. Once outside Julio warns Pablo to get Ana Perla back if she refuses to forgive him. Pablo assures him it won’t happen, once he explains everything to her. Ana Perla will forgive him. Lucia advises Mariana to give up. What she feels for Pablo isn’t love it is an obsession. She wonders when Mariana will realize that Pablo doesn’t love her. Mariana has invested so much in Pablo that she is not willing to give him up. Lucia blames her for separating Pablo and Ana Perla. She asks Mariana to have a little dignity and stop forcing herself on her son. Lucia reminds her that Ana Perla and Pablo are expecting a child. They are married in the eyes of God and she Mariana can’t separate them. Mariana is not ready to give up on Pablo. She assures Lucia she will get Pablo’s love back even if it means the last thing she does on earth. Early the following day, Jucho informs every member of the Prado Castelo that Martin call and requests to speak to all of them. Virginia can’t wait to see the look on their face.
Martin calls Pablo to invite to join them at the Prado Castelo’s mansion. Pablo and his mother arrive at the mansion. Few minutes later Martin and the rest arrive all in black without Veronica. He informs them that Veronica is dead; Virginia pretends to be affected by the news. Jorge wants details; Virginia cries and feels it is a horrible way to die. Emiliano blames Martin for Veronica’s death and grabs him by the neck. Martin is too affected by his wife death to even speak or defend himself. Arturo runs into Chelas in the stairs and they have a confrontation. Blanquita overhears them and wants to know what mistake Arturo is talking about. Chelas approaches her but Arturo defends her. Blanquita wants to know what Arturo and Chelas were talking about. Arturo tells her Chelas is a bad person but promise to take good care of her. Blanquita wants to know the details of their relationship.
Arturo refuses to tell but asks her to trust him. Jorge returns to his study and recalls his last conversation with Veronica and cries. Emiliano dresses up and also recalls when he was rude to her during Matilde’s death. Virginia on the other hand dresses up with a big smile on her face. She always wanted to wear this dress on a special occasion. She feels celebrating Veronica’s death is the perfect occasion for the outfit. The casket arrives at the mansion; Martin is unable to receive it. Rebeca goes to the company and get to know about Veronica’s death. Pablo leads the casket into the hall; Magdalena throws herself on it and cries. Martin shakes his head in denial and cries. Botel joins Magdalena and takes her away. The Prado Castelo gather around the casket, Emiliano puts his hand on the casket and cries.
